The ROSEMARY DWELLING, the MOSAIC DWELLING, and the CAPPER DWELLING, along with the VILLA SIX DREAMS, form a luxury estate in the archipelago of the Aeolian Islands. The property is set within a vast 14,000-square-meter private park, enclosed by rows of olive trees and featuring a beautiful flower garden enriched with tall trees, some of which are exotic species.

The park and the Villa of Dreams once belonged to the famous television host Mike Bongiorno.

The ROSEMARY DWELLING is located on the ground floor of a two-story building.

It consists of an open space area furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe. In the dining area, there is a kitchenette, a TV, a refrigerator, and a table. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. From the veranda, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The patio is furnished with loungers to provide a well-deserved moment of relaxation.

The property includes private parking and Wi-Fi, as well as air conditioning.

The owners warmly welcome all guests who choose to stay at the estate and wish them a vacation of pure relaxation and comfort.

Upon request, guests can arrange for a pickup from Vulcano’s port to the dwelling at 10 Euro.

We kindly ask guests to use water and electricity responsibly. Electricity usage exceeding 20 kWh per day will be charged at €0.30 per kWh, based on the meter reading.
