Increíble casa de estilo concha de 3 dormitorios frente al canal ubicada en la prestigiosa comunidad de Summerland Key Cove. Es el primer canal de aguas abiertas y uno de los pocos canales de flujo que proporciona una excelente calidad de agua. El canal es profundo y ancho. Espere ver langostas, cangrejos y otra vida marina en su muro de 60 pies de altura. Estará rodeado de casas de millones de dólares ya solo unos minutos en bote desde aguas abiertas en el Golfo y el Atlántico.
La propiedad está lo suficientemente cerca de Key West para importar (20 millas) pero lo suficientemente lejos para R & R (descanso y relajación). Al estar al final de la Llave, previene el ruido irritante del tráfico de la Carretera 1, que es raro de encontrar.

Great Getaway!!!

Craig is a great host. His property is right on the canal and has a super nice area right out of the back door to sit and enjoy the weather and water, Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location in the Keys, close to Key West and other Keys. Thanks Craig!!!

Great Place to Stay

We loved staying at Craig's place on Summerland Key. Was great having a place to park my boat/Trailer on property (lots of room for parking). Right on a swimming canal which gave access to offshore or back country. Also since I love aviation and having a daytime runway right out the front door was great. Got to meet several pilots/neighbors who were great also. Craig was very easy to communicate with, highly recommend this place if your going to keys.

My favorite Keys cottage

I've rented this home for 4 years, and it is my favorite place in the Keys. Craig is the absolute best, and the house is adorable. The neighbors are wonderful! You couldn't ask for a better home away from home!

Super Summerland Spot

We loved our holiday stay at this rental. Communication with the renter was fantastic. He was responsive, helpful and flexible. The house was immaculate, pet friendly and the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the protected canal for our small skiff and the airstrip was great entertainment. We loved our trips through the canal, meeting neighbors and enjoying Christmas lights. This rental is in a great spot as we snorkeled Looe Key on calm days and fished the gulf side when the wind was less cooperative. Summerland is a peaceful and relaxing key but also a short drive to Key West for more activity. We dream of learning to pilot our own plane, enabling us to once again visit this fantastic rental in style.

Perfect little Key's cottage

I have rented this property for the last 3 years, and absolutely love it. Craig is just wonderful to work with, and couldn't be more accommodating! The house is the perfect size, and the neighborhood is wonderful. Private airstrip in front, canal in the back, and the nicest neighbors ever! Hoping to be back next year!

Perfect Key's Home

This was my 3rd year staying at this home, and booked it for a 4th year. This home has everything you need. Love the no stairs and love the outside shower. Now there is a bait freezer and filet station that completes this home for my fishing and diving needs. Craig is a great home owner and really nice guy!

Absolutely Perfect!

Simply amazing! Craig keeps a beautiful place! It has everything you need. Beautifully furnished and an extremely relaxed feel! I honestly can’t say enough about this wonderful home. The canal is quiet and the neighbors are great. If you really want to get away this is the place! The owner is absolutely fantastic!

Great place to stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location, convenient to many places to go and access to Rt. 1. Neighbors are very friendly. Craig is easy to work with and responds quickly to any question. Only minor negatives were the wicker furniture is not very comfortable, and no electric outlet in the bathroom.

Perfection

So happy I found Craig and this house. Unlike many I am here for work and it has been perfect. Craig couldn't be nicer and the house is spotless. Got to meet some very cool neighbors and the community with the waterfront and airport is truly one of a kind.

Perfect Keys Home

This was our 2nd year at this home, and did not disappoint. This home has everything you need. The canal is amazing (no pool needed). Really cold a/c. Plenty of storage for your rods and tackle. Owner is great to work with.

Adorable house in a great location!

The house may look little on the outside, but it's perfect on the inside! 3 spacious bedrooms with every amenity you could want. The neighborhood is so nice, the neighbors are friendly and Craig is a dream to work with. The only downside is leaving!

Clean and neat

Nice neighbors, Canal in the back yard very clean and provides easy access to ocean for kayacking, fishing, etc. Nice shade tree in backyard. A few planes use the airstrip across the road in front of the house making for interesting entertainment. Close enough to Key West to allow experiencing the unique sights and activities of this one of a kind city.

Wonderful Ground Level Home That Is Well Maintained And Clean

This was the first time our family rented a home in the Keys and we could not have chosen a better location, home or owner to work with. The location was close to everything that we wanted or needed. We took our 22' Boston Whaler with us and it was so nice to be able to dock the boat and just hop on and off each day at our leisure. The house was super clean and obviously well cared for. It had everything that we needed. We rented bikes and kayaks and utilized them everyday! There was a gas grill outside and we utilized it almost everyday. Craig was super friendly and helpful. My husband is a big fisherman and a neighbor sent us numerous coordinates for the best fishing spots and my husband caught fish every day! We will definitely return and hope to make this place a yearly vacation spot for our family!

August Purple House Review

This Purple house may be on the small side, but it has everything you need. The A/C units are amazing and you can out right freeze in that house in August!!! The canal is super clean, and we swam in it almost everyday. The house is clean and the neighborhood is quite. Out front is a airstrip, and is really cool to see planes come and go. Having no stairs is also a huge bonus for a Key's Home.

I'm a professional engineer who loves the water. I am also a commercial pilot hinse the home on a airport. I live in SC most of the time where I have a electrical engineering company. I spend as much time in Florida as I can but when I'm not there I enjoy watching the tides go in and out from my porch on Edisto Island.

I bought this property because it had everything I wanted. It is a very warm and welcoming neighborhood, great fishing with access to the Atlantic and the Gulf, a runway to land on, a place to park the plane in the yard, and did I mention it was close to Key West ?

Home is on ground level so no stairs or elevators. If you have mobility problems, the property is easy to access due to walkways from the car to the rear of the house.
