Thank you for your review and for the kind advices. With regard to cleaning, two people dedicate a whole day to cleaning the entire villa before the arrival of each guest; some dog hair, in a dog friendly villa, or a few dry leaves on the terrace in late October are unavoidable details; representing La Sugherosa as an unclean house seems to me an extremely severe judgment, but everyone has their own sensitivity. Regarding the outdoor furniture (which is new), I believe that increasing the number of them would congest the spaces and that a ratio of one deckchair for every 3 people is a reasonable ratio and in accordance with the practices of most holiday homes. As can be seen from the photographs, some rooms are furnished with modern antiques, which are gradually being replaced, while others are furnished with new furniture. I hope to have you again as a guest in the future, so that you can see that some of the defects you have found are constantly being improved.
