Este condominio de tres dormitorios ofrece una hermosa vista de la bahía de Tangolunda, que se puede ver no solo desde la amplia sala de estar, sino también desde dos de las habitaciones. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, vista al mar y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio también tiene vista al mar y baño privado, mientras que cuenta con dos camas dobles. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales con un amplio espacio de guardarropas y un baño privado.

Esta cocina de concepto abierto cuenta con hermosas encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y barra de desayuno.

La sala de estar ofrece un acceso rápido a la terraza de la unidad, desde donde se puede disfrutar de las infinitas vistas al océano y los jardines tropicales.

Beautiful property above Tangolunda Bay

Spacious top-floor place with awesome views of the bay, very well-maintained grounds, direct access to the beach via a somewhat steep path. Would definitely book again!

We stayed there for 10 days and overall we had an amazing time.The good:- The house is gorgeous and the views are absolutely stunning. - It was very well stocked for whatever you want to do. The kitchen had everything that you might need There was also a dishwasher which is also a plus. There were games, bags for shopping, hats and other fun things that you might need on your trip.- The beds and pillows were very comfortable! - The pool was the perfect temperature and has a lot of seating and umbrellas for shade.- The walk down to the beach has a lot of stairs but it's worth it!- The location was very close to Tangolunda and La Crucecita for shopping and eating. - My Huatulco Vacations was there for whatever we needed which was also great. Make sure you have WhatsApp downloaded - You will also meet the property manager when you arrive and she is great if you need anything to do with the house itself.- Having a washer and dryer was also a very big plus.Stuff I wish I would have known:- There is a very steep and long driveway to the house. If you are getting a cab make sure you tell them to drive down b/c you don't want to walk up it!- If you don't rent a car, getting a cab can be hit or miss. Taxi Huatulco has a Whatsapp # but its not always guaranteed.- If you're going to the pool take everything you need or else you are walking up and down stairs a lot!-Some of the smaller appliances didn't work so make sure you check.Overall it was well worth it. Enjoy!

Location definitely requires a car rental for your stay and chef service for arrival and a couple of days during your vacation is highly recommended. Will be back!

Quiet & Relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very large and well equipped top floor condo with amazing views of the ocean. The entire complex is gated with full time security. You have a pool that shared with only the downstairs unit with equally great ocean views. The grounds keepers can arrange taxis into el Centro, grocery store, or elsewhere. Taxis are very inexpensive (70-80 pesos) to/from most places. The staff at My Huatulco Vacations are fantastic and responsive.

It is a beautiful, bright, clean, spacious, quiet, well-equipped, modern condo with an unbelievable view. We had the pool to ourselves and appreciated the fact that the pool was shaded for a couple of hours in the morning.The stairs down to the beach would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues but fine for anyone else. The little beach was quite private and the beach next door at Camino Real was accessible during low tide. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available walking area for the mobility challenged. The grounds were beautifully kept and the staff were friendly, very considerate of our privacy, and efficient. The one disappointing fact was the unexpected, considerable admin fees HomeAway charged when we booked.

This condo was absolutely amazing!! Was everything we had hoped for and more for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had their own en-suite and the kitchen, living room, patio and pool area are perfect!! Kitchen was well stocked and the condo had everything we needed! The communication with Joss was amazing! She helped us with whatever we needed and was responsive and efficient! Staying here made us feel like celebrities!

The view and condo were exceptional!! Clean, bright, open concept with a view to die for. The pool was cleaned daily, very responsive host/agent contact when we had a question. Could not have found a nicer place!!

Only thing is you need a taxi to go anywhere the driveway is soooo steep and long not going to walk that in the heat. But taxis are cheap and plentiful, the pool was magnificent we had it all to ourselves as there was no one renting the condo below us. Condo was beautiful with gorgeous view!

Pick THIS ONE!

I can see this being our home away from home since we plan on going back to Huatulco often.The furnishings are crisp and elegant. So beautifully decorated. The beds a little too firm, we are just use to softer beds, but everything was fresh and clean and OHHH SOOOO BEAUTIFUL!Cathy, the house manager was sweet and welcoming. She made sure my phone was set up to receive and send texts back and forth as she was always available by text. She did a walk through with us that was informative and helpful. The check out process was fast and friendly. She helped with arranging services and taxis - she was a jewel. Gabriel was always smiling and waving. He was sometimes slow to get the gate open due to working elsewhere on the property, but we were in no hurry EVER and it was nice to have a gate guard onsite at all times. He picked us limes, and helped when my daughter got locked out of her bedroom. Another grounds keeper brought me a coconut to drink straight from the tree. The grounds were always perfect and beautiful, the pool clean and inviting. The maid service twice a week was such a treat, professional and did a great job. I really appreciated having a washer and dryer on site. My one BIG suggestion is to have a clean, unopened dish cleaning fiber available next to the kitchen sink. Cathy was very sweet and ran and got us one, along with paper towels and napkins. We went to the grocery store before arriving and didn't realize we would have needed to supply that ourselves. I want to thank the owners for sharing their amazing home with us. We were so happy and our vacation perfect thanks to this amazing lovely home. I hope they continue blessing others by keeping it open to rent out.

Gorgeous condo with a view to Die For!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just can't stop talking about our wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays at 1031 Villas Carey Condo! The unit is huge, well appointed, including holiday decorations, and has the most beautiful views imaginable! Located on the side of a hill there is lots of walking down stairs to the beach. However, the pool is gorgeous! Very quiet location. The management staff and on-site staff were wonderful, and most helpful. Cathy even got us a turkey! The property is beautifully maintained -super clean! Location is not too far from town, $5 cab ride. Only negative I can think of is the beds were a little hard. But that shouldn't stop you from booking this fantastic property. Many thanks!
