Family vacation

This house checked all the boxes for our family. We have 2 grandkids under 2. We all enjoyed all the paths, short walk to beach and shops. The pool the way it’s configured was perfect for the littles.. the outdoor bbq area was so nice for our evening dinners. Corespondents with host amazing ! We plan on annual vacations.

Hawaiian Dream Stay ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We rented the property to celebrate a big milestone birthday in our family and could not be more pleased with our time there. The Kukui'ula home was pristine and expertly maintained. In addition, the property managers were extremely attentive and provided quick, top echelon service any time we had a question or request. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for an island getaway with a touch of luxury.

Beautiful home and Great location

This home lived up to the description and pictures! The communication with the management team prior to our stay was great! They allowed us to ship some larger items in advance (pack-n-play) and they had those waiting for us inside the house when we arrived. We loved the ability to make the house an open air with the wall length sliding doors. Very spacious bedrooms and baths. We loved the outdoor living space and used that a lot! The home is also walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops as well as the ocean by using the walking paths in the neighborhood. We were also quite surprised and really thankful that there were beach chairs, cooler, and water toys in the garage for use. These came in very handy! The only slight headache I could see for some with this house is how to control all the lighting and technology. There are a Ton of light features and it may take a day or two to figure out how to turn them on/off. We arrived at night and the outdoor lighting to enter the house was obsolete so we had to use phone flashlights to find our way in. You may also come to a surprise that the pool is completely enclosed by a mesh fence (pictures don’t show) assuming for safety, but if you take the time you can roll in back. There is also a house next door under construction and it can be noisy at times if you are just looking for a relaxing day by the pool.

Perfect vacation home

The home was beautifully furnished and the layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor entertaining area with a pool, hot tub, grill area and many seating options was a highlight. Service was excellent as well. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing Home

Amazing home with excellent amenities. No need to leave this property. Between the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and lanai's, we were more than happy to lounge and enjoy the luxurious comforts of this home. Grandparents and kids (ages 5 & 8) alike were in love with this property. We will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous Family Getaway!

We are 10 in our family ranging from 11 to 80 years old. We loved the well supplied kitchen with a fabulous Wolf range. The pool and hot tub - fabulous! The BBQ area was great! It was a marvelous family experience for my 80th birthday!!

Fabulous property and location!

This property is amazing! It is even more beautiful than the photos. Perfect location to take day trips all over the island. Close to Poipu Beach! Lots of construction going on in this neighborhood. M-F lots of workers but Sat and Sun very quiet. Great view of the golf course. Our group of 8 was more than pleased with this magnificent property. Beach chairs and beach towels made it so easy to head to the beach to swim or watch the sea turtles and monk seals resting on Poipu Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Trip of a Lifetime

This is truly an extraordinary home. As the pictures show, it looks like something out of Hawaii Beautiful. The layout is perfect for a large family group spanning generations who want to cook most meals at home and enjoy pool time and hanging out at the backyard Pai Pai. 3 lovely suites with king beds & a bunk room the grandkids absolutely loved. The bed & bath linens along with pool towels were very high end. The property management company personnel were very responsive to any concerns we had. The only cautions I have concern the location itself. The home sits less than 50 feet from a golf cart path, and the golf course maintenance machines start running very early in the morning ... once at 4:15 am. So if you are in the master suite on that side, I recommend ear plugs. Also, there are homes being built both across the street & next to this house, so there is a lot of construction noise during the day, and the construction crew vehicles clog the street making it difficult to get in and out of the driveway. I think the VRBO description states that the home is a short walk to the ocean, but you can't use the golf cart path, so that was a bit misleading. But, the home is beautifully situated close to Poipu Beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. There's so much to do on beautiful Kauai ... my family loved it. I had used a baby equipment rental agency, but found when we arrived that there was a pack 'n play, jogger, and booster seat. There were also a ton of pool toys in the chest next to the pool, and beach chairs, boogie boards, and a scooter in the garage. So really, just bring your swim suit & flip flops. For groceries, we stopped at the Costco in Lihue, and then filled in at the Big Save in Koloa. We will miss the fresh fruits available here.

Beautiful house

This house is just as nice as it is in the pictures. With kids, and being a slave to nap time, the house was a perfect place to hang out and still feel like you were “doing something”. The pool was awesome, everything was very clean, and the house provided everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting to splurge or who thinks they will spend a decent amount of time at the house

Absolutely perfect

This house is just as it is shown on the website-perfectly maintained, high end finishes, and beautifully decorated. It has everything that you need for cooking. It’s like staying in a friend’s house with personal touches rather than a corporate design. A few things to be aware of. There is construction in two or three houses nearby. Those of us on one side of the house heard more than the other side. There is no olive oil or vinegar due to Covid concerns, so you need to pick those things up before you arrive. Other items like dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and conditioner are All there snd generously available. We found some things a little difficult to sort out, like how to turn on the lights and the microwave, so a manual would be a little helpful, but if you contact the management company, they get back to you right away. So 10 out of 10 stars. This place is beautiful

Ongoing construction

This property is beautiful with amazing amenities. The only issue that we had with the property was the loud construction that was present during the stay. There are several homes being built around the property so there is isn’t a sense of a relaxing atmosphere during the daytime.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. There were 14 family members in our party and plenty of room. We only ate out one night of the seven, BBQ'ing by the pool every night. Jessica was great and responsive, though there was not much we needed. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect stay

We stayed at the property for two weeks. It is absolutely beautiful, new, well-maintained and greatly located close to Poipu and shops. Jessica from the rental office was especially attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and happy. She responded to all request promptly and even brought us packages that we had mailed to the office. What a gem! The kids (5 and 1) loved the pool, the kids bedroom with bunkbeds. and all the amazing amenities. The kitchen is impeccable and perfect! The outdoor showers were such a plus too! We highly recommend the property and hope to come back soon! Our family had a blast.

Great Vacation Rental

Property was great. Pool area was very nice and a great place to hang out. Property itself was great for the 8 people we had and the rooms were all separated. Kitchen is great but wish there was a full set of utensils and pots/pans as we liked to cook in most meals. We also grilled most nights and would have been nice to have a scraper and grill utensils but we found some things that would work inside. Air conditioning works but is always playing catch up as it shuts off every time someone opens an exterior door so tough to keep the house to temp. Typically gets there by morning. Also would have been nice to have a welcome book that explained how to use everything in the house as there are a lot of switches and smart appliances and the controllers were tough getting used to. Did towards end of trip but that would take the learning curve out of it. A few lights were out, but again minor. Ultimately, would stay here again as the location is very quiet, home is very nice esthetically and functioning, and the pool area was great. I think with addressing some small details listed above, it would be a yearly vacation home for our family.

Perfection!

Everything about this rental is perfect. It is clean, beautiful, functional and well located. The house is very comfortable and it has a nice pool to relax at the end of the day. It was extremely simple to deal with the manager. I highly recommend this property. We had dream vacations!

Magnificent

The property was magnificent. Four families had a reunion vacation on this property and each of us fell in love with the house. Architecturally, the house is a top-grade. Every item in the house - from a kitchen cabinet to a sliding door to a bathroom sink - was of highest craftsmanship. Immaculate. This is a house built by someone with love and pride. The spa and the pool (heated) were our family's highlight. The bedrooms are spread apart in four corners, which allowed us some privacy. We hoped our stay was longer. Wonderful location (close to beach, shopping center). Truly a paradise. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful House

An absolutely wonderful house and wonderfully furnished. Very comfortable for our family of six adults and three children. Air conditioned throughout but with heavy floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, also throughout, for enjoyment of ocean breezes. Easy access to beaches, shopping and groceries. Although we had only a couple of trivial needs for the property manager, she was always available and dealt immediately and cheerfully with our issues. Some of our family are already wanting to go back.

beautful home for a large family group

The house is spectacular, and so is the pool. Everything we needed (pool toys,etc) was there for us. We visited for a 50th anniversary celebration with 6 adults and 4 children and had enough room. The proximity to walking paths made for easy trips to the beach and some shopping. The house is ultra modern with sophisticated electronics but no apparent instructions. The rental agency was not always responsive to our needs. Other than that, the vacation was perfect.
