The view was awesome, plenty of chairs on patio, condo was well supplied and ideal location.Unfortunately, they were working on the walkways all week and very noisy.We are older and the walk over to the parking garage was a bit of a trip.The chairs to the table could use some pads to keep them from scraping ever time they are moved.

Clean, quiet,close to everything

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything I would have wanted. Clean, fully equipped and stocked. Good location. Would stay again The smoke detector batteries were dead when I arrived and it was chirping every 60 seconds. I was initially was told it had to wait until the next day (overnight) for maintenance to change the battery. They gave me the OK to change the battery myself, but I then had to go out and buy a battery too. There were also some communication delays when I tried to follow up with an early check in offer they made to me a few days before.

Great location! We stayed with our 5 kids. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Host was very responsive we would definitely stay here again. The location is walking distance to everything

Great vacation spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Few minor cosmetic issue's, we had to replace the batteries in the remotes & clock, extra cleaning but overall a great location, beautiful view, nice furnishings, COLD AC, small freezer. We would return!

The unit needs a lot of updates. Had to call maintenance to come and fix a few things but they was quick to come and fix it in the TV in the living room cap. I’m going in and out but we had a great trip. Need to replace the dryer. It makes a loud noise.

This was our first time at this condo and we will for sure be coming back on future trips. The condo has a perfect location and being within walking distance to pier park and other popular restaurants makes things so much easier. The beach was amazing as always and the pools were nice and not too crowded.

Family vacation

The location was wonderful and easy to get to the beach. Had plenty of activities for the kids close by! Unit was a little outdated which made it seem unclean but overall great stay!

DISAPPOINTING

Air conditioner did not work. Was not fixed until 4th day there. Made numerous request for light bulbs, took 3 days to get those. Mold growing on shower curtain and ceilings. Cabinets were sticky and food spillage inside. I have come to Panama City Beach for many years and this condo was a huge disappointment. I made many calls and texts trying to get things taken care of.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit could really use some TLC. The floors were quite dirty, there was mold in 2 out of the 3 toilets, along with the vent in the kitchen and there was a strong mildew smell when we first arrived. There were some dirty pots and some of the cupboards were obviously never checked as there was coffee spilled inside of the one which has been there for quite some time. This unit should really be deep cleaned. We have stayed in other units at Calypso and they were in much better condition.

The couch was broke upon arrival so we could sit or watch tv at night or sleep on it. The air was broke and had to keep all blinds closed. It was filthy. I called and emailed daily with no updates or responses. We checked out a daily early.Emerald coast property sucked
