Julia´s II. Brand new apartment near Las Canteras Beach
Julia's II- is a bright and a very elegant apartment that is situated on the famous commercial and pedestrian street of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria-Mesa y Lopez. The apartment has got all necessary things to spend very nice and pleasurable vacations on such a wonderful island as Gran Canaria. It is one bedroom apartment with kitchen, living-room area, and very nice bathroom. It has got free wi-fi access and parking is available in the same building (not free of charge).
The apartment has been renovated recently and all furniture is completely new. All in the apartment is very functional and up to date. The kitchen has got all necessary appliances, the bathroom has got the shower and free bathroom amenities. The apartment has got smart TV with the possibility to connect to Netflix (you have got to have a subscription). The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with all necessary bed clothes.
The street where the apartment is situated is a pedestrian and commercial area, but it doesn't mean a noisy street, vice versa it is quite clean and tranquil. There is a famous shopping mall El Corte Ingles just 30 metres from the apartment, besides 2 most famous beaches of the city are situated just 7-8 minutes walk. Las Canteras Beach is just 650 metres from the apartment and Alcaravaneras Beach is just 450 metres. The central Market is 200 metres from the apartment and the nearest supermarket is just 350 metres away as well as the restaurants´stree Ruiz de Alda, where you can find a lot of local and international cafes, restaurants and bars.
If you would like to get to Julia's from the airport by bus, I advise you to get bus number 91 till the stop Alcaravaneras Beach and then you can walk 450 metres to the apartment. All the itinerary will take you approx 35 minutes. And it costs 2,95 euros per person. In the city you can either take the bus or taxi, both are quite cheap. But many points of interest are located within short distance, so you can easily get to them on foot. You can park the rented car in the same building in garage for 1 day, 2 days, or one week or two. The prices are very reasonable. In order to park in the garage, let me know please, beforehand, so that i can book you a place.
