One bedroom apartment (4 people) - Residence Cala Viola

The Residence Cala Viola is located in the characteristic village of Sos Alinos and just over 1 km from the beautiful beaches of Cala Liberotto; it is a complex of apartments, which includes a reception office, a swimming pool with hydromassage area and equipped solarium, a small playground and a barbecue area.

Theone bedroom apartment features an equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed or bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the comforts you need to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, safe, kitchenette equipped with crockery and cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster and bathroom with shower and hairdryer, equipped patio or balcony.


If you need anything, you can go to the reception office, which is open every day: in low season from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 and in other periods from 08:00 to 22:00.
Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be notified to the property in advance (at least 48 hours in advance). In the event of non-communication, reception cannot be guaranteed and a surcharge of € 50.00 will be charged.

Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas consumption costs - First supply of bed linen and towels, use of swimming pool, pool showers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (pool area and adjacent areas), playground, use of barbecue, unattended parking.

On your arrival, you will have to pay some obligatory costs:
DEPOSIT: € 150.00, refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the flat.
CITY TAX: to be paid in cash, compulsory at Orosei. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.

Small pets (max. 10 kg,) are allowed in the apartments only, are to be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier and are not allowed in any common space, except for the journey to take them to their own apartment. A surcharge of € 30.00 is required for their stay.

Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 60,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
