Villa Calmawith Swimming Pool is ideal for those who want to enjoy their family vacation only a few minutes walking distance from the crystal clear sea away. You can enjoy an amazing view of the sea and amazing sunsets from the terraces.
Villa Calmawith Swimming Pool is suitable for 8+2 people and spreads over 2 floors. The ground floor has a charming living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed.
From the living room, you can access the pool terrace which is fitted with beach chairs for sunbathing. On the pool terrace are also a barbecue and outdoor dining area where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals.
The 1st floor features three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of them have a double bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds.
The 1st floor has also a terrace from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Amazing holidays in Sevid

Our holidays in villa Calma were amazing! The villa has great location, nearest beach is about 2-5 minutes by foot. Pool and terrace in the villa were places where we spent a lot of time. Hosts of the villa were very friendly and hellfull.

house is a jewel in Sevid. It is a beautiful house with a fully equipped kitchen and 4 comfortable beds to sleep in, situated in a quiet area of Sevid. We loved it.

Beautiful!

The house is beautiful & is exactly as shown in the photos, nothing disappointed! The house was spotlessly clean and everything we could wish for (& more!) was provided. The area is peaceful but within easy reach (with a car)of lots of fascinating places to visit.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility this is your place I spent 4 nights there and every night watched the city in beautiful silence, absolutely amazing. The accommodation is fantastic all that anyone needs are there and it's super clean and comfortable.

Loved our stay!

We (6 friends) had a warm welcome at the villa, which was exactly like shown on the photos. The house is modern, clean, really well equipped and with much love of detail. We had a really good time at the house and loved our stay!

Great location

The house is exactly as described. It’s very clean and has everything you need. if you want to see more I would hire a car as the walk up to the bus stop is very steep and pretty far! It is a lovely little town though and the beaches are beautiful. The restaurant does good food and is very reasonably priced.

We wish to come back

We spent ten days in this beautiful house with three children and we really enjoyed it. The pool is wonderful for children and adults and we also loved the proximity to the sea. The house is very clean. Happy to return here one day!

Perfect for a family

We had a wonderful time in the vila. Everything was perfect and true to the pictures. Awesome host and very responsive whenever we had questions. The pool was great and especially loved by the kids. We enjoyed the proximity to the sea and Sevid is a quiet, idyllic town away from the big crowds.
