Minor issues

property was located well, Tesco and Eataly were close as was the Liverpool tube station. Not a tourist area which was a plus, but lots to see in the immediate area.(Spittelfields market) few issues, some light bulbs were burned out, and the faucet in the bathroom needed instructions. The door to the fire escape in the bedroom was broken and would not open as shown in the picture. Could not set safe lock- suggest leaving instructions for operation. Overall had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend

Super easy check in - electronic pin codes for the doors - no key required. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed and was clean. Towels and shower gel are included. It was quiet and peaceful at night. There's aircon (which also provides heating during winter) in the bedroom and living room. The flat is on the 4th floor - there is a lift, but it was broken during my stay, so I got some exercise :-)The only negative is that the Broadband Internet is very poor, especially at peak times. Pages fail to load, streaming is not possible. I think their system depends on beaming the signal in from the building opposite - cost savings?Mobile phone data (at least on EE) was also unreliable at peak times, maybe because so many people commute and work in the area. I found the best 5G signal for tethering was on the glass shelf in the bathroom, but still not reliable. Would love the host to install proper fiber broadband.All good aside from the Internet issue.

Review

Excellent location and the general cleanliness of the apartment was good. A couple of things that I should mention: 1) There was a dirty sheet left on the couch bed, presumably from the previous occupant. The couch had been folded back up into a couch so I assume that's why it wasn't noticed 2) The dishwasher top tray was broken and had been shoved on top of the bottom tray when we arrived. We tried our best to fit it back where it should have been using the rails but weren't able to do it. It needs to be fixed. 3) The space between the dishwasher opening door and the fridge door is not right and the doors are jamming on each other, this seems to be pushing the dishwasher back into the cabinet carcass. It needs to be fixed as it's really difficult to close and open the two doors. Would have been good to have an ice tray in the freezer but that's about it. Apart from these details, it was an excellent apartment and we would definitely stay again.
