1. Heating and Electricity:This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.2. Security Deposit:A minimum refundable security deposit of €400 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.3. Towels:Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).4. Internet :Please note there is no Internet access within the property.
No guest under the age of 25 can book a Holiday Home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by at least one person over 25

Wonderful stay
Great location. Mairead was fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. A choice of lovely beaches to visit only a short drive from the house. A great local shop only a couple of minutes walk from the house. Courtown harbour also very close by.

Family break
We had a lovely week in Wexford Mairead who was our contact was absolutely lovely couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating the house was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped
To be honest I felt the house could have been cleaner we slept in the downstairs double room and the dust and dirt beside the bed and bedside lockers was quite bad, just something for you to keep an eye on . But overall a great stay and we would definitely go back

Home from home ............. The house was lovely. Clean, comfortable and had everything required
There was only one negative. It's described as "Seamount Holiday Village" but there are only two holiday homes and the rest seem to be privately owned. Because we have two children we expected a holiday village to have other children on holidays. There were no kids around.

Wonderful holiday home.
We had a great time in courtown, the house was perfect for us.
It's a lovely house, great location, 5 mins walk from the beach, 20 mins walk from amusement. Right beside a shop. The lady who looks after the house Mairead was very helpful. I would recommend you staying. If like us you are cooking for yourselves bring a good shape knife. The only thing that was bad was the knife it would not cut butter. To be fair if that is all I have to say against the place it must be good.
Get a better cutting knife lol
