Charming Piazza Statuto Apartment

Beautiful and sophisticated 85 sqm apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, not suitable for the disabled.

It comfortably accommodates six people, with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms.



The apartment is located in the center of Turin, a few steps from Via Garibaldi and near the beautiful Piazza Statuto, one of the most important squares in the city



The apartment is divided into:



- Living area. Kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven, electric kettle, toaster, high chair for children and various kitchen utensils. Living room with double sofa bed and television.

- Sleeping area. Two double bedrooms.

- Bathrooms. One complete with shower box and washing machine, a second one with bathtub and bidet.

- Other services available. Free unlimited wifi, two fans, iron and clotheshorse.



Small terrace with table and chairs.



We are in the ZTL area! Parking is not present but it is possible to park for a fee on the blue lines or inside the Auto Parking in front of the apartment, always for a fee.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN APARTMENT AND TO COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize late check-outs, if possible. However, this depends on whether or not we have guests arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of late check-out the day before your arrival.



At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the structure, and a surcharge applies as follow:

- between 21.30 and 23.00: 25 euros

- between 23.00 and 24.00: 30 euros

- after 24.00: € 40



Upon arrival we will take the tourist tax

Take the bus at the airport terminus to the To - C.So Bolzano 42 stop (P. Susa).

Then continue on foot for about ten minutes.



From the Porta Nuova railway station take the M1 metro, traveling four stops, up to Metro XVIII Dicembre. Continue on foot for five minutes.



From the Porta Susa train station you can get there on foot with a walk of about ten minutes, or if you want to be more comfortable by taking the bus n.56 at stop 3563 - DUCHESSA JOLANDA until the first stop 25 - STATUTE.
