(Cocina) cocina eléctrica / parrilla y vitrocerámica, lavadora, nevera, congelador, hervidor de agua, tostadora, microondas, etc. con barra de desayuno y cuatro taburetes. (Salón / Comedor) Mesa dos sillas y trona, sofá cama doble de cuero.
Televisor LCD de 47 ", reproductor de DVD, wifi y calefacción eléctrica.
(Balcón fuera del salón) con banco estilo parque. Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama, por favor traiga toallas de playa, limpieza de la propiedad y cambio de ropa semanal.
También puedes usar el Wifi gratuito. Si llegas antes de las 6 p.m., nos reunimos y te llevamos a ti y a tu equipaje por la playa de arena a tu apartamento (si es posible). Si llegas después de las 6 p.m., dejamos la llave en una caja fuerte fuera del apartamento.

Wonderful accommodation and location. Unfortunately a problem with electrics but dealt with promptly. Would have liked bedside lamp and bin bags in kitchen but overall a lovely stay!

If you’re looking for a modest but beautiful way to spend a weekend where the beach is your own and the locals are friendly. I can’t recommend these apartments enough! There’s nothing more wonderful than waking up on the beach first thing in the morning and strolling down to the sea before anyone arrives…

Lovely little apartment.

This is a lovely little property and it is in a lovely location right on the beech. When we stayed the weather was very windy but we still had a great time. The only issue, there was no parking permit at the property and it was 20 for the parking for the trip as iparking is i the main carpark

Amazing location, and cozy flat

You can't really get much closer to the beach and despite their being shops below this wasnt that noticeable and we felt like each morning and night we had the beach to ourselves. The rooms were nicely decorated and well equiped, it was spacious but felt nice and cozy. A great retreat from the crowds on the weekend. The bar downstairs was nice and all staff friendly... so nice they even retrieved my phone from lost property and sent it back to me after we had lost it! We had a fantastic time there and would highly recommend.it!

Perfect location

Great property, you cannot beat the location. Everything was very clean and well kept, all we noted is it would of been nice if there was small shower gel / shampoo maybe some washing up liquid, little touches really help! Gave it lower stars for description because the photos show both apartments even though 1 is 1 bed and the other is 2, so make sure you know which one you are booking! We would stay again!

Rude Owner

After checking in we alerted the owners that the sofa bed was broken, photos was sent. The husband arrived promptly. He was rude and aggressive stating his wife was adamant we had broken it. We are a couple in our 50’s and l was recovering from surgery which was pointed out to him. No apology only the fact he would have to spend a £1000 for a new one and they had back to back booking. It was suggested that perhaps children had been using as a trampoline. He suppled an air bed instead which for one night was fine. However the rudeness of the host was quite unpleasant. Despite seeing him on a daily basis for the stay ge only then spoke to us again when we checked out. Again a courtesy to ask hope you enjoyed your stay would of been a nice gesture. Such a shame a location is lovely. However manners cost nothing . I hope he takes that on board in future. Rather than make an accusation that was not true. If you want peaceful its not above the KItKat music is playing til 7pm also could hear music playing from adjoining accomdation

Die Aussicht ist wirklich super - näher am Strand geht nicht.Wohnung liegt über einem Cafe, macht den besonderen Charme aus. An eingen Stellen müsste mal nachgebessert werden, so nah am Meer ist halt alles der Witterung ausgesetzt (verrostete Halterungen an der Treppe,...)Für 4 Personen war es für 2 Nächte o.k., etwas eng. Für 2 Personem aber bestens. Das Schlafsofa müsste mal ausgetauscht werden.Rye ist wirklich ein schönes Örtchen, sehenswert und in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr gut war: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin und DER BLICK!

Great Beach Apartment

Unbeatable location right on the beach - fantastic sea and beach views. Great coffee and snacks from the KitKat cafe. Music stopped by 5.30pm so not an issue. Great work-out for foot and calf muscles walking across soft sand several times a day. Check-in rated poor as there was no check-in.

Wow wow a little peice of heaven

Wow we stayed in sundunes one a apparment right on the beach as soon as you open the door the apparment is bright fresh and welcoming everything you want is there the apparment is right on the beach with a cafe underneath and lots of places to eat around there as well we also had a disco on the Saturday from 5 in till 11 I really enjoyed the music my partner wasn't to keen on that but I loved it made it feel you were in Spain this place is like a little peice of heaven and we will defently going back I would highly recommend this place and would like to thank Emma

Perfect location

Lovely stay! Can’t beat location of the property, right on the beach. By 6-7 o’clock you had the beach to yourselves. Apartment had everything you need. Bed was very comfy, best sleep I’ve had in ages. I’m looking to book again already! Thanks for a great stay!

Beach Apartment

Right on the beach. Found communication with owner very slow to respond on occasion, but friendly when I did manage to get her. Washing machine didn’t work on arrival due to water tap being switched off! Water incredibly slow to drain in shower which I fed back to owner. Can hear occupants in next door apartment. Overall a satisfactory stay

My husband and I own and run the well know Kit Kat cafe at Camber Sands which has been in our family since 1988. In 2007 holiday apartments were built above the cafe which we have had as holiday lets since.
We have lived and worked in the tourism industry for more than 20 years and always look forward to greeting new and old friends.
