Casale del Bosco is surrounded by a well-kept, 2000 sq. m. park with plenty of lawn and olive trees, featuring several corners and shaded areas perfect for relaxing or eating outdoors, with a stonework barbecue and a wood oven. The pool is not far from the villa, measuring 14 metres by 5 with a depth of 0.8-1.5 m, externally paved in stone and complete with beach umbrellas and chairs as well as an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor “living room” in the shaded gazebo which, alongside a characteristic tuff cellar by the pool, create a great space for coffee breaks and appetizers. The farmhouse is on two floors joined only externally, with typical Tuscan furniture. The ground floor features the day area with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, as well as 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have outdoor access, one bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A separate small living space with fireplace and cooking area rounds up this floor. An outdoor staircase leads to the upper floor, with 3 double bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and two small dining rooms with cooking area and fireplace on two separate sides of the house, one leading to a large furnished panoramic terrace where guests can admire splendid sunsets, the other leading to a smaller terrace with a round table and wrought iron chairs. Washing room in a separate structure on the ground floor.

The property is situated in 52 hectares of woods and fields, immersed in a breathtaking landscape surrounded by the rolling hills of Tuscany.

Important information
Swimming pool open from May 15th to September 30th. Access to the property via a stretch of gravel road (1.8 km). Pet included in the rates. For any additional pets, a supplement of 50 Euro/pet/booking is requested. Only small pets are permitted.Activities and Distances
