FRONT LINE SUITE by Living Las Canteras
The apartment is located on the front line of the long city beach of Las Canteras, and only 10 min from the city center of Las Palmas (plaza Espana), and 30 min drive from the airport.
From the open terrace you can overlook the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The apartment has recently been renovated and offers peace and comfort. The apartment is ideal for both traveling families and honeymooners.
Got kids? Elevators carry a medium sized stroller. No need to cross roads for beach access
Amenities include:
- Free Wifi 300mbps high-speed
- Cable TV (Movistar Premium Pack)
-Bedlines (extra if more than seven nights), one big and one small bath towel per person (extra if more than 4 nights), one beach towel per person
- One bottle of water, oil, vinager, salt, sugar, infusions, fairy, shampoo, gel and hand soap.
- Hairdryer, iron, table for the iron, detergent for the washing machine and dish soap. Vacuum under request.
- Umbrella and beach chairs.
- Two masks for snorkle. Since fishing was forbidden more than 10 years ago, the sea bed of Las Canteras enjoy a very active & beautiful live under its water. (I kindly ask you to clean them from sand and salt before check out).
-Crib, highchair and beach toys available for free on request.
The neighborhood is full of live during daytime and extremely quiet at night. The main comercial avenue is at only five blocks. The Bus Station and Santa Catalina Park are only 20 minutes far by walk. The apartment has been renovated on Oct16 and is ideal for travelling families and honeymooners. Also disabled and wheelchairs can find facilities, specially in the bathroom. And the best: the sightview and the beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from the open sun terrace.
