Inside it is composed of a large well-furnished living room with fireplace and dining area; a kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with an exclusive shower cubicle with hydromassage, chromotherapy and radio. The house offers 7 beds: double bedroom with an extra bed, double / twin bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together.
The structure also boasts a small pine forest for exclusive use equipped with sofas, armchairs and a table where you can relax in the cool even on the hottest summer days.

Important Notes:
- groups of children under 25 years of age are not permitted
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small/medium sized pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
* the courtyard and pine forest are shared, animals cannot be left free unless supervised by their owners
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
