Perfect Location on Ground Floor!

Couldn't ask for a better spot for our family to stay in the Fort Walton Beach area. Being on the ground floor with kids was absolutely ideal. We were steps away from the massive pool as well as the boardwalk to the beach. Condo was updated very nicely and had everything we possibly needed including a bunch of beach toys for the kids! Would stay here again!

AMAZING LOCATION AND OWNER

My a lot of my family went down for my nieces fall break, my husband’s birthday and my twin sister got engaged. All personnel were super helpful and kind. Especially Ron, Hilary, and Hunter. We had a tiny issue with other renters above us dumping water off their balcony, but our owner, Chuck handled it for us!!!!! He was Incredible. We will definitely stay again. We all loved every second of our stay!!!!!

The perfect beach getaway!

This ended up being perfect for us. Chuck is an awesome host, and the photos don't do the remodeled rooms the justice they deserve. We were able to get an early check-in and everything was just right for us. Our girls loved the small room to themselves with their own TV and the hallway closet was packed with beach toys , chairs and even a few fishing poles. All rooms had their own TVs which we didn't use much, and the master bathroom was very big. Nice new appliances as well. No sandals are needed for the 50 foot walk to the pool or the 150' walk to the beach as there is a nice sidewalk/pathway to both. It was nice to go barefoot most of the day. The beach attendants are right at the end of the boardwalk to the beach. Once we met them on the first day they had us set up every day there after, and I will say it was much nicer than I thought to have 4 chairs at 2 umbrellas there for whenever we wanted. We hope to be able to set up a return stay here. Between the beach sand, pool and nearby restaurants we couldn't ask for anything more. The memories made were priceless!

Our Week

Property was great. We have vacationed here the past two years. Each year happy with the room. Last year we had double red flags most days so unable to enjoy the ocean most of the time. This year beautiful beach and ocean for 3 days then terrible sea weed washed up and ended out ocean enjoyment. We travel 10 hours and at no fault of the property, the ocean conditions have been less than desired. Return trip is up in the air, we really like the good days but the bad days take so much away from the trip, if cost inflates like everything else in our current economy, we will not return next year but seek closer more affordable vacation plans.

Location Location!

We had a great stay at this unit. It’s just steps from the beach walkway and the poll, but off to side next to a nice private yard area. Perfect play area for the grandkids. The beach is very nice and the chairs and umbrellas provided are a nice bonus! Although the kitchen could be updated, the appliances all work and it’s big enough to cook in comfortably and well stocked. Communication with the owner was good - had a few questions when we arrived and he responded promptly. We will rent this unit again!

Wonderful condo on beach

My two adult daughters and I had a wonderful time at this spacious condo right on the beach. Everything we needed is supplied. The pool is enormous and beach chairs are supplied. The view of the ocean is partial but lovely. The owner was very responsive when we had a question. We had a terrific vacation.

Relaxing vacation

Condo had everything we needed. Very convenient location, steps from the pool and crossover to the beach. Owner was very easy to work with and was very quick with replies. We’ve stayed at Watersedge many times and keep coming back because they keep the complex clean and updated. I would highly recommend Watersedge, as well as unit 116.

Great convenient condo.

The proximity to the pool and beach is great, an added bonus is not having to wait for the elevator every time you need to go to the room. The condo was very nice and well taken care of. The only thing missing is a better view.

Wonderful family getaway. Condo was perfect - clean, bright and convenient to everything. From easy parking to the complimentary beach service, this was a stress-free vacation! Ground floor meant no stairs or elevators, just step out the patio and walk a few feet to the pool or beach. Our 2yr old granddaughter had a blast! We will be back. Anyone considering staying here - BOOK IT! You will be glad you did.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Lovely place and great location. We loved being on ground level. Kids had easy access to pool, beach and even a grassy area to play. We could even see ocean from inside our place! Lots of room with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!!!

Wonderful Visit

This was my first visit to Ft. Walton Beach. I was very satisfied with my condo, it was comfortable and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and answered any questions that we had. I will definitely be going back to Waters Edge. It was just what I needed :)

Our ground floor locations gives you both privacy and the closest access to the beach and pool. You wont miss having to take the elevators.
