Hay una razón por la que todos los lugareños les dicen a todos que se queden en Exclusive Hamilton Cove. Con 1,000 pies cuadrados (en comparación con 400 en el hotel) y mucho más metros cuadrados que todas las demás unidades HamCove de 1 hab, esta villa es particularmente espaciosa y puede acomodar fácilmente a 4 personas (2 duermen en los dormitorios, 2 en el sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar). Este condominio no tiene obstrucciones y te sentirás en la cima de la playa real que estás tan cerca (ver foto). ¡Solo 2 tramos de escaleras te llevan al océano! Recuerde, los condominios sin pasos no tienen vista. Hay una bañera separada (para niños o si eso es lo tuyo) y una ducha separada, sean cuales sean tus necesidades. Con TODAS las comodidades y la seguridad, más el uso privado de un carrito de golf, playa privada y una cocina, no solo para evitar salir, sino para RELAJARSE y quedarse. Despiértate con la serenidad, prepara café (o lo que sea), come un poco algo descansando en el balcón sin tener que salir (como un hotel). Conduzca 10 minutos en Avalon, o quédese aquí en la playa privada, la piscina y el jacuzzi que conforman Ham Cove. Juegue al tenis, al minigolf, al croquet, haga ejercicio, practique snorkel o conduzca 5 minutos hasta la playa de Descanso, muy elegante, para practicar kayak, paddleboard, un masaje ... o vaya al restaurante / bar para disfrutar de música en vivo al aire libre y bebidas. ¡¡¡playa!!!
Mira, estas vacaciones son realmente lo que tú haces de ellas. ¡Desde TOTAL relajación hasta Full On Hikes, ciclismo y TODOS los deportes acuáticos! Avalon está muy cerca, pero se siente a kilómetros de casa. ¡Y alojarse en Ham Cove es lo mejor de la línea pero la mejor relación calidad-precio!
¡Realmente apreciamos su reserva y queremos tener una excelente aventura! Además, si este está reservado, consulte VRBO # 707030, edificio diferente, pero también, ¡muy agradable!

Pictures can’t capture the serene beauty of this property! It’s a Nice big, clean place with wonderful balcony, nice views and a golf cart! I stayed two nights, next time it will be more like 4 days or more! Rich provided a super easy check in and excellent friendly communication! Definitely will be back again! Wow - images certainly do not do this place justice. Rich's unit is the perfect location for views, access to clubhouse amenities, and the golf cart/beach and it offered the perfect space with comfy living areas and the balcony we spent most of our time on (the neighbors are nice too :)). Loved that the quiet private community was a short distance away from crowds and parties when you were ready to call it a night. Rich was very communicative to ensure our arrival was smooth and instructions/tips were clear. Will definitely return soon.

Wonderful views!

Great property! Loved the views! Loved sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings! We had everything we needed. The golf cart was great to have, it was a hit with the kids! A peaceful retreat despite being full that weekend! We will definitely be back!

It was a great time

I only have one complaint is on Wednesday when we went down to town came back to condo and door was wide open they asked if we were staying there I replied yes I asked why my door was open they said they have a master key to enter they wanted to go in and turn up the hot water I said this isn’t except able I have lots of cash and valuables inside and I don’t appreciate you guys just going inside without asking me first I told them I paid a lot of money to stay here and don’t appreciate them just opening door

Perfect destination for a weekend getaway

We absolutely love Catalina, this was our first visit to Hamilton Cove and it definately wont be our last. Sunrise coffee was may favorite part, the view is amazing. Rich is a wonderful host.

Another wonderful stay

We have stayed here several times. Richard the host is top notch! Super accommodating and goes out of his way to provide a great stay. Nicely decorated, amazing view and you get to listen to the ocean as you fall asleep in the very comfortable bed. Already planning on another stay this year! Lovely Location

The condo has the perfect location. The decor is in need of updating. Did not feel the furniture was clean to sit on. No sheets for the pull out were available. Inside cabinets were dirty with trash was left behind inside of them. Not sure if maid service is looking for that. AC only exists on a portable unit in the living room with no instructions on its use. Toilet feels it’s ready to fall off the wall. The home owner really should visit the property for a thorough walk through.

Birthday Get Away

It was really nice to get away to Catalina. We have stayed in Hamilton Cove years ago with friends. The place was nice, but really needs some TLC. It was clean but everything was out dated and needed some drywall repairs and paint. Richard was so nice to us that we got an early check in. We will do another trip with friends in the future.

Absolutley Amazing!

My stay at this property was wonderful. The property was cozy and relaxing and all of the views were beautiful. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and the use of the golf cart was a huge bonus! Relaxing Vacay

This was our first time on the island and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our family. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the kids at the beach or playing sand volleyball. We unitized the heated pool, hot tub and gym. Having the golf cart as a part of the reservation was key! Property Manager was very helpful with making our stay comfortable and easy!

Location good, but.

Great location. Needs some TLC. Kitchens appliances old and damaged. Proliferation of ants, especially in the bed. Lots of junk in all the cupboards. Golf cart needed attention.

Great island getaway

We had a great time staying at Hamilton Cove. It is a very nice and secure complex with great amenities. Be aware that the condo is accessed by about two flights of stairs from the road above and three flights from below. There is a million dollar view from the balcony that we never got tired of. Watching the sunrise rise each morning was a treat. Rich, the property host, was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Communication was quick and clear. Generally the condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We were surprised that there was no bar soap provided. We planned to shop for some groceries so that was easy for us to rectify. There were some ants primarily in the kitchen and bathroom. We were cautious with our food and toiletries so they never caused a serious issue. We found the tile shower to be quite slippery but we countered that by putting a bath towel down to stand on. A rubber mat would be a nice addition. The dishwasher didn’t appear to have been working properly. I could see a lot of detergent residue inside and it had a funky smell when it was opened. There wasn’t any dishwasher detergent anyway so we just left it closed and hand washed the dishes we used. It wasn’t a big deal for us but could be for folks that plan to cook a lot. Bottom line, we would happily return to Hamilton Cove and Rich’s condo.
