¡Solo alquiler en el río con un pozo de natación y un patio de césped! Tu propio espacio, no compartido.

Traiga su bote y / o motos de agua y suba hasta esta casa de tres dormitorios y dos baños en el río Colorado. Tenemos un muelle privado y 2 muelles de jet ski y un pozo para nadar. Se alojará en una casa de tres dormitorios recientemente remodelada con dos camas king, una cama queen y una doble. Cocina espaciosa, vistas increíbles, no hay nada mejor que esto. El perezoso Harry y la rampa para botes están a solo unas puertas. Se admiten mascotas por $ 50 por mascota / por estadía. La casa está configurada para 7 ocupantes. Si tiene más de 7 en cualquier momento, son $ 50 por noche por persona, hasta 10 personas. Deberá traer ropa de cama para las personas adicionales. Absolutamente no hay fiestas !! Tenemos un inquilino debajo de la casa que solo está allí dos días a la semana para trabajar. El muelle y el patio son sus espacios, no es un espacio compartido. Lo más probable es que ni siquiera vea a nuestro inquilino.

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of space both indoors and out! Caleb was extremely responsive and accommodating with all of our requests. The downstairs neighbor was friendly and great to chat with. It was a quick trip but I would love to stay again next time we come into town.

We had great time staying here. The view is amazing and the river was fun for the whole family. There's a nice area to float and swim. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Very Comfortable and Relaxing property!

The home was very comfortable and accommodating. Great location on the River with great sunset views. Lazy Harry’s was a short walk but far enough you could not hear any music from the house patio. Would definitely return for another stay!

Great house!

Loved this house! Very comfortable for a casual getaway. The windows in the front room gave us a beautiful view all day. The house has loungers inside that face the windows so you can just relax and watch people on the river. Also the dining table can be made to be a pool table which we loved! Would definitely stay here again!

Fun River Trip

Very peaceful and quiet house

We really enjoyed our stay, this house is so quiet and very comfortable . The deck was the best, we spent a lot of time there, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening, watching the sun go down. Caleb was very helpful and prompt in addressing any concerns we had. We would definitely come back to this house.

Hidden Gem

Absolutely amazing property right on the river. Spascious living quarters with everything you need at your finger tips. Close enough to shopping (Walmart, Safeway, etc.) so you can get food and supplies. Also about a 10-15 min drive to Laughlin Strip. Lots of hiking and day trips close by. Owners are wonderful and very accommodating!

A great spot on the river however its tough with an I/O (that's a type of boat) if you know what I mean. I did learn a lot about the water release. One of the mornings I woke up and our boat was sitting on the outdrive

Sorry to hear about your boat during your stay. As I mentioned in emails and instruction sheets, it is up to you to check the water levels on the USBR.GOV website to stay apprised of the levels (3 days in advance). I wish I had control over the dam release, but unfortunately I don’t. Glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

River view home

Very nicely decorated, very clean, great view. There is a tenant below we didn’t know about. But he is quiet and barely saw him. Very kind and helpful when we saw him outside. The only negative was the water level changes abruptly and can leave your boat in the mud. The accommodations were very nice though.and we enjoyed our stay.

I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay. We're glad our tenant was able to offer you some assistance and that he was very quiet, however, we do have details about him in our ad. Also, in the house and in the rental agreement we mention the water levels and provide a link. This link will give you the water release dates and times for up to 5 days in advance. Sorry you missed that info and had to wait for the water to come up in order to go boating. It's unfortunate that your boat was mired in the mud, but thankfully it doesn't damage it. Nice to hear that our cleaning service is doing a nice job. We hope to see you again soon.
