Kahana Village # 7 Frente al mar Lujo

Elegante y lujoso describe nuestro condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con pisos de travertino, lo que la convierte en la casa de playa perfecta. Nuestra unidad de planta baja actualizada mira hacia el norte con una vista espectacular del océano y la isla de Molokai. Está a pocos pasos de la playa y da a la piscina, a la bañera de hidromasaje, a la cabaña y a las áreas de barbacoa, lo que hace que este lugar sea muy conveniente. Tener una vista orientada al norte ayuda a mantener la unidad más fresca que las unidades orientadas al oeste sin sacrificar ninguna de las vistas. Una gran terraza cubierta le permite sentarse y disfrutar de la sombra después de un largo día bajo el sol de Maui. Esta unidad decorada con buen gusto cuenta con una barra de bar con estante de vidrio, una gran variedad de copas y encimeras de granito.

Ambos baños incluyen lavabos dobles con encimeras de granito, duchas y una bañera en el baño principal.

La cocina grande tiene capacidad para más de una persona y está equipada con más aparatos, vajillas, utensilios de cocina, utensilios para hornear y pequeños electrodomésticos que la mayoría de las personas tienen en casa.

La sala de estar cuenta con capacidad para ocho personas, un escritorio con acceso gratuito a Internet de alta velocidad y una estación de carga iPod4 y reproductor de CD.

Tanto la sala de estar como el dormitorio principal se abren al lanai cubierto de 10 'x 30' con una mesa alta en la barra, 6 taburetes giratorios y una sala de estar al aire libre con sillas muy cómodas y un sofá de dos plazas.

Una gran selección de juegos están disponibles, para ayudarlo a relajarse o puede hacer uso de nuestro equipo de playa para disfrutar de la diversión en las actividades de sol.

Realmente es nuestro hogar lejos del hogar y hemos hecho todo lo posible para que su estadía con nosotros sea lo más cómoda posible.

The property had a very good location to pool and beach. Was very disappointed with the lack of cold air from air conditioning. Reported this to office and they sent 2 men out. They worked on it for a long time then put an “out of order” sign on it and they never returned. Upon arriving we contacted housekeeping as bed sheets were still dirty. Blood stains on pillow case, dirty sheets. Cover on box spring has brown stains going down side, which they didn’t replace. Comforters were musty smelling. Pillows dirty, as were pillow protectors. We went and bought new pillows. Dryer required 3 cycles to dry. The smell inside was very musty and damp. I can’t even express how dirty the carpet is. Disgusting. We didn’t even walk on it with bare feet. Although bathrooms had been remodeled, that was best part of house. There are bamboo looking blinds on windows but liner that faces outside of window was stained. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed which was a plus. Patio was nice, lots of birds came to visit so couldn’t eat outside.Very disappointed with cleanliness and musty unit. The owner or management needs to finish updating, and offer discount or refund until done. What a shame.

For context, we were a 3-generation trip so had to account for ages 3-73. For that reason, a single-level, first-floor unit was a must so we could actually relax without worrying about anyone falling. We looked at a LOT of places but this fit the bill perfectly! The location can’t be beat. Step out for a quick walk or swim at the beach in the morning, fantastic pool for all in the afternoon, and you’re just 10 mins from the Whalers Village area with great shops and restaurants, as well as the location from which most tours leave.Unit itself is very well taken care of and the kitchen has quite literally everything you can think of for meal prep. We made breakfast in the apartment every morning and enjoyed breakfast on the patio with a great view. In the afternoon, that patio is the perfect place to watch the sunsets and we could also see our kids in the pool, allowing us to supervise while still relaxing in our space.Honestly I can’t think of anything to suggest adding to this place. Perfect location, great value, and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING..........Must Stay

We travel a lot. I love VRBO. We all know that the photos we see are not always what you get. This property is everything plus more. I truly believe it is the best location on the property. We spent 95% of our time on the outside balcony where you can see the beach, the pool, the mountains on the next island. As the sun sets the grilling area next to the pool has tiki torches lit that are beautiful while the sun sets and the clouds hanging low over the mountains. I love the layout of this condo. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. All separate spaces. Large rooms. Love the master bath layout. Very unique. Close to the parking lot to carry in luggage and groceries. There is a chest on the entry porch that has chairs, scuba gear, boogie boards. Love that the fridge NEVER ran out of ice. We had 6 people. 2 adults, (4) 17-19 year olds. All had a great time on the property. Great little market/gas station within 1 minute of the property. You will see it as you arrive. They have so much in this store. And the store is soooo much cleaner than the closest grocery store. Wish we had known about Front street more towards the beginning of our stay for shopping and lunch. Great shops and eating on this street. If you can reserve this property, you are one of the lucky ones. (No I'm not related to the owners - LOL) Just amazed I got sooo much more than expected from this stay.

Fabulous Maui 3 Bedroom Condo

Convenient to the BBQ grills, parking lot, ice machine, pool, hot tub and beach. The condo was well appointed and clean. It was nicely decorated and had a lot of kitchen supplies and amenities. We loved the large garden soaking bath tub and spacious showers! Huge living area, nice electronics and spacious lanai with sweeping morning views of far off Molokai. Just magical! A/C is on a timer so it can get hot if you don't adjust them often, but floor A/C units were included to move the air flow around a little. Maui is humid! The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Lots of beach toys are included for the kids (boogie boards, snorkels etc.) A fabulous time for all ages! We loved it!
