Villa Sunrise se encuentra en Puerto del Carmen, cerca de Playa Chica, Villa Sunrise tiene Piscina Privada(Climatizada opcional por 14 euros al día ** Estimad@ Cliente necesitamos saberlo al menos 2 días antes de la llegada **), 2 habitaciones con 1 cama doble y 2 camas individuales, vistas al mar desde la terraza de arriba, Cocina totalmente equipada, 2 baños, estacionamiento gratuito y sala de estar.

Puerto del Carmen está situado en la parte centro-sur de la isla, a unos 10 minutos del aeropuerto internacional, y es la principal zona turística de Lanzarote. Creció de un pequeño pueblo de pescadores con pocos habitantes para convertirse en uno de los destinos turísticos más populares en las Islas Canarias. El auge comenzó en los años 60 cuando se construyeron el Hotel Fariones y el Hotel San Antonio, lo que marcaría el futuro de la zona. Fue nombrado en honor de la Virgen del Carmen, la patrona de los pescadores. Las festividades del Día del Carmen implican llevar a la Virgen a bordo de un barco y navegar una ruta corta a lo largo de la costa de Lanzarote.

We really enjoyed our stay, it’s so good to get a pool to enjoy. The terrace/balcony got sun most of the day and the facilities were excellent. The location was great, 4 minutes to the harbour, 4 minutes to great restaurants around Farriones and 15 minutes to the beech front bars. We would definitely comes back.

Fantastic Villa

Just home from a week in Puerto Del Carmen over Christmas. This villa was absolutely perfect. The check in process was easy and stress free, the villa itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the old town and about a 10 minute walk to the new town/strip. 10/10 place and will 100% be back here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, easy access to both the strip and old town and a nice shortcut to Biosfera nearby. The property is in good condition with a modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and air-conditioning upstairs. There are gorgeous views from the balcony and it's a gorgeous place to have breakfast or sit out in the evening. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathroom. The pool is access via the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable, there is a large double wardrobe in each bedroom and a portable fan. Both bathrooms have showers and are in good condition. Ample towels are supplied. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms. The pool area is lovely, there are sunbeds with padded cushions and a dining area. We do regret not heating the pool as we would have used it a lot more if it was heated. We hired a car for a few days and used the on street free parking but next time I would also pay to park at the property just for the convenience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and have tried to book again for next year but unfortunately it is already booked out. I would be very happy to stay there again.

Great location, so close to beaches, shops, cafes, bike rentals etc. Scuba diving within a few minutes walk. It's a great place to hire a bike and go explore the island. The pool, eventhough small, is a really nice bonus.

Lovely villa at the centre of PDC. Great to have dedicated parking space and private pool while in the centre of everything. Villa is clean and modern and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Only recommended addition would be air conditioning for summer months. The view of the sea from the upstairs balcony is fantastic! The owners were helpful, responsive and non-intrusive. Will definitely stay again in future.
