Esta casa está en la prestigiosa Riviera Alta de Santa Bárbara.

Esta impresionante casa de un solo nivel duerme cómodamente 4-6. Situada sobre un acre de 1/3 acre, la casa da a toda la costa oceánica de Santa Bárbara, el puerto y la ciudad con techo de tejas rojas. Las vistas incluyen ciudad de inspiración española, océano azul joya, puerto deportivo e islas escarpadas.

Las dos habitaciones son amplias y constan de 1 cama king y 2 camas queen. La habitación doble queen cuenta con vista al mar y la ciudad al igual que la cocina, la sala y el comedor.

La sala de estar y el comedor son amplios y se abren a una amplia terraza completa con sala y comedor al aire libre, pozo de gas y calentador.

Cuidadosamente cuidada y preparada para la máxima comodidad de los huéspedes, la casa incluye una cocina completamente equipada, ropa de cama fina, toallas de baño suaves, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar.

La casa cuenta con pisos de madera de color blanco playa, chimenea, un baño recientemente refinado con ducha y ropa de cama y toallas finas.

El entorno al aire libre incluye amplias sillas de cabaña, asientos de sofá seccional enclavado en un patio de piedra debajo del alero de un roble de California. Asientos de comedor al aire libre 8.

Amazing VRBO with a fantastic view!

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at this amazing VRBO. The view was spectacular, location was great and the house was clean and comfortable. I will defiantly be back!

Fantastic in every way

This was one of the best houses I have ever rented. The decor was spotless, elegant, and welcoming. The views were unbelievable. So many great places to flop down and relax, whether in the living room sectional or in one of the mini seating areas outside on the deck. The sunsets were simply unbelievable. I felt like I was living in a villa in Italy. Also, the beds were super comfortable as was the bedding. I’m already dreaming about my return to this house and Santa Barbara.

Spectacular Ocean View

Four friends traveling together, we soaked in the sun and beautiful ocean view from this clean, comfortable Santa Barbara home. Since we cooked most meals we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed and more. The manager was very responsive with questions and promptly had a shower faucet problem fixed for us. I will return.

Fall asleep & wake up to that Riviera View!

Wonderful stay at this home perched high above Santa Barbara in the Riviera section. Clean, comfortable home with all the amenities (everything for the coffee-freak like me!). In the evenings we watched the raptors soar over the sun-soaked valley and woke in the mornings to the parting of spring fog. Yoga on the large deck, walks to El Encanto for an afternoon cocktail, short but winding drives up&down the SB hills: to go hiking, walk along the beach, hit up a new restaurant, escape to the botanical gardens, etc. Everything we wanted from a quiet rental. Did I mention the 6ft Buddha statue with flowing water and hummingbirds buzzing about? Groovy. Thanks for the stay!

Leaks

Having had so many positive VRBO experiences over the last 11 years, I was taken by surprise when I walked into this one. Immediately upon entering the kitchen on day one, I noticed a pungent odor coming from the lower cabinets. I communicated this right away with the property manager. Initially I thought it was old cigarette smoke. However after being reassured no one smoked in there, I discovered a week later and after developing asthma I hadn’t experienced in decades, with the help of their handyman, that it actually was mold. He found multiple areas where black mold was growing under the hardwood floor, under the kitchen sink, alongside the dishwasher and in the sub/crawl space which led to the odor behind the cabinets. A plumber was called to look for active leaks. Two were found and those were just under the kitchen sink! He said a leak locater was needed to go after the rest, which he did not have. The property manager confirmed an older leak as well. All of this requires remediation. Given the magnitude of the issues, I decided to find another rental in the area for my three month stay. I avoided the kitchen area all together for the entire time I was there. It proved difficult to find a place available for a 3 month stay during the busiest summer season. I’m lucky I did. Ultimately, the property manager should have been aware of active leaks and under no circumstances, should have rented the place out with active leaks and mold issues!

What a magical Thanksgiving! This house has it all. Everything from the comfortable beds and all the furnishings to the grand outdoor living space with the beautiful view was top notch. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view, fabulous house!

Me and my husband had the best time in this light, clean and absolutely gorgeous house in the upper riviera. We walked to the beautiful El Encanto for dinner the first night and had brunch there the last day. Very convenient location, in a great neighborhood. Breathtaking view, just minutes away from town, hiking and beach. Yet very quiet and private. The outdoor space was very nice and we spent a lot of time in there comfortable outdoor sofa. Very nicely decorated and inviting home. Great host helped out with the few questions we had. Will definitely rent again!

Nice house, great locations but property manager made they stay difficult

I thought I had rented a 3 bedroom place (I was shown all three bedrooms on a walk through 6 months prior to arriving for our stay. Upon arrival, we found one of the bedrooms locked (making out a two bedroom, so we had to set up a make shift office in the living room). When we asked the property manager about this, she was quite smug and merely pointed out that the contract I signed was for a two bedroom. I was never told it would only be two bedrooms. Had I known, I would not have booked it for the price. We also were told we had to clean out our own stopped up shower drains (this occurred within one week of our arriving, so NOT from our use)! The final straw was when we alerted the property manager to a tear in the one of the FIVE sun sails (shade awnings) which was occurring due to wind. We were told we should remove the canvas sun sails (which provided critical shade on the beautiful view porch) to protect them. It was installed semi- permanently, and required a step ladder and considerable un-doing of the electrical market lights which were interwoven. We were told if the management company were to do it, they would have to charge us. Basically they wanted us to take these sun sails down it down and put them back up every time there was a wind event...which happens often on the Riviera in Santa Barbara!

Million dollar views!

Such a beautiful property, the view from the deck is amazing. Located in a very nice area, not in town but a quick drive to State St. Check in was very easy. The property was clean and has everythjng you need. Hoping to rent this property again next time we visit. We had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately.

Santa Barbara Picturesque Hideaway

My family and I loved this beautiful mountainside property! The pictures don’t do it justice, the views are breathtaking and the property is just a peaceful and relaxing place to reset! Lynn the property manager was so communicative and went out of her way to make sure the lights were on in the house because we arrived very late the first day. Beds and all amenities were exceptional. The main bathroom is gorgeous and modern. The outdoor patio is a true gem and a great extension of the house! Everything is a short drive from the house. My family and I enjoyed a beautiful and restful stay!! We would stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends!

A must stay!!

My husband and I had truly the most amazing stay at this home. It is even more beautiful in than the pictures online. The outdoor living area is where we spent most days l, and nights (thanks to the heater) reading and hanging out out there. The interior is also beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. The views are amazing. Made for a great great vacation. We already can’t wait to book again and recommend to all of our friends and families who will be traveling to Santa Barbara.
