La cabaña de Hedge Rock está aislada en el bosque en un entorno privado. Observe y escuche la vida salvaje mientras se relaja bajo el cálido sol o contempla el cielo nocturno.

La cabina ofrece un plano de planta abierto con una cocina completa, sala de estar y comedor. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y baño completo con bañera y ducha. Loft tiene dos camas matrimoniales y baño con ducha. Las puertas francesas se abren a una amplia terraza con mesa de comedor que incluye una parrilla de gas.

El acceso al lago Norfork está a solo 5 minutos a través del puerto deportivo Tracy Ferry. Las tiendas y restaurantes de Mountain Home están a 10 minutos.

Wonderful quick get away!

This is out forth trip to this lovely cabin. It is such a quite and serene setting. Cabin is always kept so nice and clean. Nice update with new deck, stairs and exterior illumination. The hospitality is outstanding.

Quick Christmas Getaway

Came and stayed for Christmas with my wife and absolutely loved it. You won't be disappointed in booking this cabin. The host are great people and stayed in contact with us the entire stay.

Stay review

House is very nice. Thanks. I bit open for privacy though. A bed basically in the living room. And no door upstairs. Not a complaint, just didn't know this at time of rental. Other than this, this property could use maybe a hot tub on the deck. Something to do for entertainment. And the upstairs TV is very outdated and non functional to watch. We bet much liked the decor and location. Beautiful home. If tweak a few things. Lol But thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home and rest a few days. We've stayed at other other cabins in GA. With different layouts and options. We do this at least one time a year. Maybe we can rent again. Thanks.

Relaxing Getaway May 1-4, 2022

This cabin may be the most comfortable and inviting VRBO property we have stayed at. Rained one whole day of our stay and we really didn’t mind the cabin was so nice. Everything was very clean, great equipped kitchen, very nice deck, great gas grill, and comfy furniture. Highly recommend!

Warm and comforting

Was a return trip after a very enjoyable visit last Spring. The cabin is extremely comfortable and so well decorated. From the entry with the aroma of a nice smelling candle melt to a n inviting fire pit. Just what we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful decor, exactly as pictured & tucked away within the woods. Peaceful and quiet and the perfect place to come back to after being on Norfork Lake for the day. Kevin & Deva were great to communicate with and would definitely come back again.

Well kept clean home

This home was beautiful and very clean. We were confused upon arrival because the mailbox we turned at had two homes down the hill and we weren’t sure which one was the correct address. The only thing I would recommend future guest to bring while staying in this home is extra dishwasher pods (1 is provided) and a non stick pan if you aren’t use to cooking with a more professional grade pan. Other than that this home is fully stocked with everything you need.

we came for a wedding in Mountain Home, the cabin was beautiful!! We loved it!

the cabin was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need..and the decorations were so nice. We loved our stay....the only thing missing was a hot tub! We would recommend it to others as a perfect place to stay.

Great weekend at Norfolk Lake!

A group of friends stayed at the cabin to ride backgrounds around Lake Norfolk. The cabin is immaculate and well stocked. Our favorite spot was around the fire pit each night - reflecting on the days ride and enjoying a few cold ones! Thanks to the hosts very easy check in stay and check out !

Enjoyed again

I came to stay for the first time over Christmas and loved it so much that I booked it again since I had a 5 day weekend with work. Unfortunately, mother nature had other plans but it turned out to be fine. Snowmageddon affected the South and what was forecasted to be slight snow turned into much more. My SUV was unable to get out of the driveway because the snow came up to the grille. I immediately contacted Deva and Kevin and they were amazing every step of the way. I was able to contact my boss and work with Deva and Kevin to stay an extra 3 days. They were easy to communicate with, accommodating, and flexible. Their place is nicely appointed and doesn’t feel like you are staying in a VRBO. It feels like home because every last detail has been considered, from a fully stocked kitchen, to games that we could play while “snowed in”. They even were able to have a maintenance person to come check on the water pipes and to snowplow the driveway so we could leave. I know I’m supposed to just leave a review of the place, but Deva and Kevin are good, kind people and because of that I will continue to come enjoy my downtime at their place over other options.

Moment of truth

The cabin was cleaned, the location is quiet, and all the process for the check in was excellent, but I think that the cleaning fee is to high being that the customer is asked to do basically all the cleaning at check out with the exception of washing the bedsheets and towels.

Kevin and Deva, we both grew up in a farm community in north central Illinois and raised two awesome children. For the past 25 years we have vacationed on Norfork Lake with family and friends. Many great memories have been made that will last to eternity. As we approached retirement we wanted a place our family and friends could come together away from the daily hustle and bustle.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this property because it is secluded, private , and close to wildlife. It's close to great fishing and hunting, the things Kevin loves to do. Yet town is close enough to grab necessities without wasting a day. Mountain Home is located to many attractions within a days trip. The cabin near our main home allows us to share the benefits of the area much like others have done for us over the years.

The deck with only the sounds of nature is a great place to kick back and read a book, or soak in the sun, or just enjoy time with family and friends after a day on the lake.
