West Panama City

Good stay just be prepared to drive a long way. As it is not near anything good to eat. Also beds squeak so bad. You could hear themthroughout the place

Sand Castle G2 is perfect!

I cannot praise this condo enough! It was perfect for our family! Beds were comfortable and the place was so clean!!

It was close to plenty of things to do&& quick access to the beach

It was nice our neighbors were friendly ,it was a 2-3 min walk to the beach also it was right below all different kinds of stores . The only downside we never found our remote to the smaller room and the tv didn’t work

Beautiful Unit

Mr. Goushko was a wonderful host. Check-in was greeted with a call, making sure we made it okay and everything in the unit was to our approval. The location was perfect. The ocean view from the balcony was a nice treat each morning. Everything was convenient getting to, such as Winn Dixie right at your back door. And Pier Park within walking distance for my teenage boys to have extra things to do on their own. I just can’t say enough. We truly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to renting this unit again.

Road work

This area would be a lot nicer if they would complete the roads in the area. The washer and dryer sounded like they needed some attention. Although they both worked.

Very clean and convenient

Everything was as described. Perfect for our family of 4. Kids shared the bedroom with nice twin beds. I was impressed with how clean the rental was. Very refreshing. Beach is right across the street. Easy walk. Winn Dixie is right next door. Easy 5 minute walk if you don’t want to drive. Hotel across the street let’s you use the bathroom while you’re out on the beach so you don’t have to come all the way back to the condo. However, that could change but it was available as of this week. If you like crispy tacos or empanadas, check out the cocina Latina right down the street! Crab legs and shrimp were great from Buddy’s Seafood. We enjoy Triple J’s steakhouse (about 20 min away). If you have kids, Funland is a great arcade with delicious burger combos for $7! Our kids loved it. Only thing I would add… Make sure you bring a DVD player, and also a computer if you plan on using Netflix, etc. to hook up to their hdmi. They do have the cord for you. But they have great direct tv so it’s not necessary unless you’re wanting to watch your own stuff.

Just ok

Not prompt response from the host, they gave me the code for the pool the next day so the maintenance guy give me a hard time not letting us use the pool without the code. No blender, no iron and no coffee maker. And you don't walk across the street for the beach because that door belongs to the other property.

Quick weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay here at Sand Castle condos. When we arrived at the location after hours the AC was not working and I immediately contacted the owner of the property whom was very responsive and assured me that someone will be out that morning. AC was fixed that morning and the condo came with all of the amenities listed. One minor complaint I have is the main bed was not pleasant to sleep on. It was very firm and the bed squeaked. Other than that everything else was perfect and my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Check in/out was easy. Great location you can see the ocean right outside your front door. It's a nice place to lay your head at night.

Exactly as Advertised

Great property and location. All you really need in a place when staying at the beach. 1 minute walk to beach access. Pool is well maintained. Condo was very clean. Would stay again.

Pleasant stay

My family was in town for a baseball tournament and we were here for a week. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Having two beds in one of the bedrooms was very convenient for our family. The location was central for our activities and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We used the pool but didn't go to the beach much because of weather. We did find that accessing the beach took a bit of a stroll. It's not a bad walk at all but be prepared to tote/carry things a bit. The unit was very quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Almost a home

Condo is close to the beach (4 minutes walking distance). The complex has a pool. The unit is equipped with basic necessities. If you are looking for simple and value deal - this is it. The owner is responsive. One thing to keep in mind - the traffic can be loud on the weekends (but that is not the owner's fault).

Nice place near the beach

The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, near everything, I found couple things but nothing to give a bad review the one thing I will recommend to the owner is to get a different mattress for the big bed it was really hard and to talk to his cleaning g crew the oven was not clean and since we didn't use it was not an inconvenience for us but I'm pretty sure somebody in may want to use it. Over all I appreciate to let us use your condo this is the second time we stay at his place and we love it and if he let us use it in the future we'll stay there again and yes I will recommend to stay at this place, we have fun at the pool since the beach was closed.

EXCELLENT BEACH TRIP

Wonderful place and great location - convenient to dining, Pier Park, grocery stores, etc.! Easy walk to the beach, pool close by, GREAT air conditioning :-), and washer/dryer was a nice feature to have available. Fairly quiet and family friendly, I would recommend staying here!

Perfect stay!

Check in was very easy. The owner made sure to ask questions before accepting our stay, which made us feel safer! The place was very nice and clean! It was perfect for a family stay. The walk to the beach wasn’t far either! We will definitely stay here next time! It was quiet and relaxing.

Nice 2 BR Unit. Great Location.

Enjoyed a nice 6 day visit. Have stayed at other units st Sand Castles that we’re nicer. Liked having the 2 bedrooms. Bath was nice. Not as well equipped as other beach condos we’ve stayed at. No DVD players if you’re a movie watcher on rainy days, however there’s cable and 3 TVs total. Kitchen garbage can was a 5 gallon bucket?? Toothbrush holder was a repurposed coffee cup with handle busted off. Kind of odd. Condo was clean. Location is great, just a quick walk across the street to beach. Winn Dixie a 5 minutes walk. Bring your own beach towels. 2nd bedroom- Double bed, no box spring, but suitable for kids.
