Bonita casa independiente (120 m²) con magníficas vistas panorámicas, ubicada en una zona residencial a 3 km de las playas de Aiguablava y Sa Riera. Construido en 2 niveles, tiene 3 habitaciones dobles, dos baños con wc, cocina abierta, gran salón y comedor que dan acceso a la magnífica terraza. (capacidad de 1 a 6 personas)
En el exterior, puede disfrutar de un hermoso jardín (m² de terreno 1,433), con piscina privada, solarium (orientado al sur) con muebles de jardín y ducha y estacionamiento al aire libre.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in Begur verbracht. Ein echtes Highlight ist die Terrasse mit ihrem traumhaften Blick über das Tal die Umgebung von Begur – hier konnten wir entspannen und die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen genießen.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Ausstattung – die Küche ist bestens eingerichtet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Grillmöglichkeiten waren ein großes Plus und haben viele gemütliche Abende ermöglicht. Schließlich konnte man am Pool gut entspannen.Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Perfect family holiday

We loved our stay! The property is spotless, well-equipped, and wonderfully cosy.The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the upstairs terrace offers breathtaking evening views.We enjoyed a lovely family holiday with our adult children, and with a supermarket just a 3-minute drive away, everything we needed was close at hand.

We arrived at 1am and the beds were not made. The mattresses and pillows were poor quality and smelled and looked like they haven't been renewed for some time. The bedding didn't fit the beds very well either so rucked up when sleeping. The kitchen was old & tired and everything smelled of cooking fat. The pool didn't seem clean either. We had some lilos that went yellow that have been in pools and the sea previously and my bikini went yellow too. I have never seen this before. It worried me the chemicals were not right. We had to go and find the fans in the cellar area ourselves, which wasn't a good experience as they were very dirty. The view was amazing and we loved the terrace. The eating area near the bbq was tired and dirty with very old furniture so we would have preferred a bbq on the terrace as we enjoy the communal cooking and eating vibe and didn't want to eat in the back area. The drive was described as "impressive" but i would say it was very scary and difficult. The property needs a thorough clean and the outside washed and swept properly and the broken, tired items replaced or cleared out, along with a fresh coat of paint to fit the usual standard we have in Begur. It felt a bit "make do" rather than a property to relax and enjoy. I would not book this property again. It would suit world travellers that are not bothered about being comfortable and just need a base.

Great position, lovely pool, ground floor good, but first floor needs updating. Several loose light switches, shower surounds mouldy, shower rail loose. Needs redecorating.

Heerlijk huis met een prachtig uitzicht

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras en vanuit de woonkamer verveelde geen moment. Vooral de zonsondergangen waren prachtig! Het huis zelf is erg volledig uitgerust en was netjes en schoon.

Lovely villa in a quiet neiqhbourhoud with a beautiful view

A lovely villa with a balcony where you spend the most of the day, enjoying the view on the mountains and two stretches of the sea. A quiet residential area with villas on a hill. Walking to the charming city of Begur full of restaurants is about 15 minutes (rather hilly). A kitchen well equipped with oils, vinegars, tea, herbs etcera, which I like. Feels like a real home. After booking I was a bit worried about the water in the pool because of the drought in Spain, but Thierry quickly responded not to worry and he was right. The house, the view, the large garden, the pool and Begur nearby. I think I could live there for the rest of my life.

We hadden er meer van verwacht

Het huis is mooi gelegen maar wel wat gedateerd. De huiskamer met keuken is zeer gezellig, een grote tafel met zithoek en een schitterend uitzicht. Bij binnenkomst hing er een “ muffe” geur die er de hele week niet uit is gegaan. Het heeft de eerste dagen veel geregend en ook binnen was alles klam. De badkamer die grenst aan de masterbedroom heeft geen gordijn voor het raam. Dus een stuk minder privacy als je onder de douche staat of naar het toilet gaat. De toilet spoelt hier nauwelijks door en kan daardoor eigenlijk niet gebruikt worden. In de badkamer stond een emmer, wellicht om dit als alternatief te gebruiken om door te spoelen. De handgrepen van de kast waren stuk en de deurstijlen en badkamer mogen wel een verfje krijgen. De bedden waren nog niet opgemaakt en de kussensloop was kapot, ook zaten er “ vlekken” op de overtrekken. Geeft niet een heel goed gevoel. We hebben er een gezellige week gehad en wellicht als het stralend zonnig weer is, dat bovenstaande zaken minder zwaar wegen. Voor ons was dit een speciale week met het hele gezin, we hadden gehoopt dat het huis ook geweldig zou zijn, maar dit viel dus een beetje tegen. De reviews en rating waren erg hoog en dat heeft bij ons ook de doorslag gegeven om te boeken. We boeken hier niet nog een keer.

Winter in Begur

Wij hebben in januari 2024 twee heerlijke weken in het huis doorgebracht. Het huis is goed ingericht en geeft een welkom gevoel. Elke avond vol zicht op de zonsondergang helpt om de winterdip te verdrijven. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Erholung mit Aussicht

Das wunderbare Haus entspach genau dem Inserat. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet auf den unterschiedlichen Ebenen jede Menge Möglichkeiten zu entspannen und den wunderschönen Ausblick zu genießen. Die Betten waren alle 6 sehr bequem. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich neben Wohn- und Essbereich die Küche und Tereasse mit Aussicht sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad. Außerdem eine Waschküche. Im 1. OG befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Jede Menge Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang hinter den Bergen bewundern können. Das Haus ist auf einem Hügel gelegen und bietet daher eine unverrbaute Aussicht über das mit Pinien bewaldete Tal und die dortigen Häuser. Der Pool (ca. 7 m lang) wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und bot immer eine erfrischende Abkühlung. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. An der Küste gibt es viele kleine und größere Buchten mit der Möglichkeit zum Baden. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und würden das auf jeden Fall für einen Urlaub in dieser Region empfehlen. Richtung Inland gibt es so manches schöne Dorf zu besichtigen und auch der Stadtkern von Begur ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief sehr gut.Wir könnten uns vorstellen hier nochal Urlaub zu machen. Vielen Dank Marguerite und Thierry für diesen erholsamen Urlaub!

Die kontaktlose Übergabe perfekt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit über Mail erreichbar. Das Haus an sich auch sehr schön ….. gelegen. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, durchgelegene Betten im Obergeschoss. Der Ulmeimer der Betten abgeplatzt. Badezimmer sehr spakig und feucht . Die Küche sehr abgewohnt. Aber reichhaltig ausgestattet. Der Pool war perfekt genau wie der Ausblick . Wir würden trotzdem nicht wiederkommen.

Fantastische accommodatie !

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad ! Ondanks de warmte was het heel goed vertoeven op de verschillende mooie plekken rondom het huis, een heel ruim dakterras met geweldig uitzicht, aparte bbq plaats en prachtig zwembad maken het helemaal compleet. De accommodatie ligt hoog, waardoor het huis goed door te luchten is en niet te warm wordt. Wij komen heel graag nog een keer terug.

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Unterkunft mit einem riesigen Pool und einer grandiosen Terrasse ist zauberhaft. Mitten in einer grünen Oase in einer wundervollen Natur haben wir erholsame und entspannte Ferien verbracht. Der Ort Begur ist sehr empfehlenswert und auch fussläufig nach 30 gemütlichen Minuten zu erreichen. Hier hat es jede Menge gemütliche Restaurant und kleine Boutiquen die zum Bummeln einladen. Viele Strände befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und einer ist schöner wie der andere. Auch an Supermärkten mit einem vielseitigen Angebot fehlt es nicht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Herzliche Grüsse Andreas und Conny

Begur April 2023

Sehr angenehme Nachbarschaft, ruhig, still und sauber. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit das Highlight des Hauses. Wir haben viel Zeit darauf verbracht. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Gläser sind reichlich vorhanden. Der Backofen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool, etwas früh für die Jahreszeit, wurde dennoch auf unsere Bitte umgehend in Betrieb genommen. Vielen Dank dafür! Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Terrasse sind das geräumige und sehr gemütliche Zentrum des Hauses. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind ausreichend bemessen, einfach und erfüllen ihren Zweck. Ein sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Fußweg zum Strand etwa eine 1/2 Stunde. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

The house has great bones, lots of space and excellent electronics. Contantly good WiFi. Communicative and generous owner. View of Pyrenees to the right and the Mediterranean in front. Good neighborhood. Excellent grocery with meat and cheese market and fresh baguettes nearby. Best rotisserie chidken on planet. Park next to house.

Wonderful Holiday in a Beautiful House

We spent 2 weeks in the most lovely house in the beautiful village of Begur in October. The 3 bedrooms were neat and tidy, newly renovated bathrooms as well as well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook for a family, a nice living room with a large table and comfortable sofa, and then the amazing view from the terrace!!! Outside we found a clean pool with lots of sun chairs, in the back of the house another terrace and a barbecue. So in the summer you‘ll always find a nice Place in the shade and in the autumn, like us, a place in the sun. For the two adults of us with our three Kids (11,10,10) it has been really wonderful. The area around is most enjoyable for swimming at different sorts of beaches, walking tours in the hills, sightseeing in interesting typically Spanish towns and of course there‘s Barcelona not too far away to miss.Thanks to the lovely owners of this property and Communication was always easy and quick.

Wahnsinns Aussicht

Das Haus verfügt über einen unfassbaren Aussicht bis hin zum Meer. Auf dem Balkon kann man erst den Sonnenuntergang und dann den Sternenhimmel genießen. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist der privat und man kann sehr schöne sonnenstunden verbringen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer und die Badezimmer sind zweckmäßig. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Alleine für die Aussicht würden wir immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Superbe location

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une location en adéquation au descriptif et sur les photos. Les propriétaires ont été très à l'écoute et de bons conseils. L'endroit est superbe avec une belle vue. La piscine permet de passer un moment convivial. Ce séjour nous a permis de bien nous ressourcer moralement. Peut être qu'à l'avenir nous reviendrons...😁

Une maison et une vue magnifiques

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Le séjour, la terrasse et la vue sont splendides. La maison est baignée de soleil en hiver. La communication avec les propriétaires est très facile et tout est très bien organisé. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine.
