Dishonest and lying guest who made a completely false review. The ad clearly shows that it is a two-bedroom apartment with a double bed in the living room. The guest arrived at 9:00 a.m., and the washing machine's wash counter showed that she had done 7 loads of laundry. Once the loads were done at midnight, she tried to leave the apartment, arguing that it didn't have three bedrooms, and that she wanted a refund for her stay. At that point, we offered her a three-bedroom apartment for the same price with immediate change. She refused. This is proof that Heather wanted to scam us by taking possession of the apartment, doing seven loads of laundry, and once the clothes were dry, leaving on her way to another location. Everything else she says in her review is equally false (leaks, threats, etc.). Fortunately, VRBO supported us once they discovered Heather's scheme. We regret that this type of guest exists.
