Great Villa

Spend 14 days as a couple at Villa Venus early November. In front of the Villa there is a unpaved path alongside the sea. By 10 minutes walk you can reach first sandy beaches. The villa is well equipped and furnished. Beds are comfortable, for some maybe a bit small. The terrace area is protected only by awning jet we had there direct sun only in the first morning hours. Pool area was also well equipped and we enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Holidays at Villa Holidays

Stunning views, silence even in the high pick season, close vincinity to shops and nice restaurants makes this villa a great base for a longer stay in Cyprus.

Villa Venus had it all - great location, wonderful views and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay.We had a car but the easiest way to get to Protaras or Ayia Napa is to get on the bus (101 &102) and weekly tickets are available to save money. We had a couple of issues while there - including a leaking water tank on the roof but from texting the Villa2Let rep to the tank being fixed took 35 minutes. We were very impressed with the quick service and communication throughout our stay.We are definitely going to be booking to stay here again.

Просторная приватная вилла со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Вид на море! Спокойное окружение (не было шума вечеринок и т.п.). Хороший интернет. В пешей доступности несколько пляжей на любой вкус. Уютные интеллигентные котики добавляют свой вайб ))) Villas2let согласовали нам раннее заселение и поздний выезд без доплаты. Спасибо за наш комфортный отдых!

By far the best so far after 6 years of visiting

Villa was exactly as advertised, perfect location with walking distance to beaches and supermarket. Impeccably clean, great storage space and facilities. Felt like home from day 1. Amazing sea view, sunrise and sunset. Pool was warm and very welcoming. Communications with host was excellent. We will be returning, very much recommend.

Amazing!

I love Cyprus and this was a good time to go. Once booked the concierge service that Villas2let offer made contact. They assisted me with anything prior and during my stay. Despina and the team were very helpful as I received information that I didn’t consider (eg online food shopping and delivery to your door!). Good communication and help from Antonis and team too. All messages were answered promptly and a visit the following day after our arrival helped us to settle in quickly and make the most of our holiday. The villa was everything I thought it would be and the amazing views were to die for! Watching the odd person pass by, the boats, etc and the peace and quiet in between was idyllic. There were 4 of us but if 6 people there would be plenty of room. Lots of different seating areas outside, 2 barbecues and everything you should need was available. We like to do our own cooking some days so this was perfect for us. The aircon in all areas were a blessing too. The villa is a little further away from Protaras strip but the bus service was amazing and the stop only 5 mins walk away. I would recommend getting a week’s pass as you can use it as many times as you want and they are very frequent, (this is good especially if you don’t have a car or didn’t want to drive!) They even run until around 4 am so great if you want a night out. You can walked to Cavo Greco area (a quad safari is a good way to explore this area), bus/drive to Ayia Napa. We didn’t want it to end!

We were a group of four people, and were all more than thrilled with the location. The terrace with pool and the view into the sea let us many days just linger and enjoy the time in the supposed seclusion. From the first contact to the check-in, the easy and quick communication with Georg on site to the check-out was very pleasant and accommodating to the guest. We hope to be able to vacation together there again soon.

Amazing sea view

Lovely, large house with fantastic sea view. Nice pool and good outdoor space with plenty of outdoor furniture. House very comfortable and well equipped. Small supermarket nearby and 1 taverna easily walkable to, else need a car to get to Protaras for more facilities. Several beaches nearby, easier reached by car but very local, walkable access point to the sea for cooling down and snorkelling. Overall, a fab holiday, thank you.

Family friendly quiet beachside villa

Check in and out was super easy. Good communication. The villa exceeded expectations in terms of standard of accomodation, pool and views. A great stay.

Great location, lovely villa.

Sea views, large, comfortable and great base for exploring the local area. Pleasantly away form the "strip". Villa was as the photos. Couple of things that were not right like no pool towels were instantly corrected after a phone call. I would recommend for a family or group of friends.

Schönes Haus in erster Linie zum Meer

Der Meerblick ist sehr schön, das Haus modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Pool ist verhältnismäßig groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Schlafzimmer geräumig und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Elektroinstallation. Die Schalter für die hintere Gartenbeleuchtung zum Beispiel haben wir schließlich neben der Haustür entdeckt. Es wäre schön, wenn die Küche für sechs Personen üppiger mit Kochgeschirr und -utensilien ausgestattet werden würde. Insgesamt ist dies ein sehr schönes Haus und der Service von Villas2let war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location.

Great facilities for the whole family to enjoyed, with different zoned areas for relaxing inside and out. Get up early for the sunrise over the sea.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Fehlern

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön in 1. Meereslinie und bietet genug Platz für 4-6 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist für Zypern in Ordnung, allerdings fehlen in der Küche einige Utensilien. Schade ist, dass von den Gästen erwartet wird, Dinge wie Toilettenpapier oder Mülltüten selbst zu kaufen. Bei dieser Preisklasse sollte diese Grundausstattung für den gesamten Aufenthalt im Preis enthalten sein. Der Kühlschrank enthielt trotz anderslautenden Ankündigungen keine Basisausstattung. Die Versorgung mit Warmwasser und die Anordnungen der Lichtschalter und Sicherungen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier wäre eine kurze Einweisung durch den Verwalter hilfreich gewesen. Unmöglich sind die Hinweisschilder im Haus, wonach das unterlassene Rausbringen des Mülls oder Reinigen des Grills mit Strafen belegt sein sollen. So sollte man nicht mit seinen Gästen umgehen und der Ton ist völlig daneben. Die Hausverwaltung ist zudem nicht sehr hilfreich, wenn es um die Behebung von Mängeln geht. Insgesamt trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und dafür insgesamt 4 Sterne.
