The Casa James is a legally Licensed (no 15066AL) rental house with the Portuguese Ministry of Tourism,without this licence it is very dangerous for clients to book a rental property Clients can check and see that they are renting off the ACTUAL OWNER not a bogus web site scam.To give both parties added security we never take a booking or deposits until we have spoken in person with the clients requesting to book our villa,so if it is a serious request send your telephone contact and we will call you back.
Our property is a very large modern spacious 2 storey villa situated in Vale de Parra, close to restaurants, bars and shops, just behind the magnificent Gale Beach. This two storey villa has air conditioning in all rooms which is included in the rental cost ,there is also a hi tech electric heating system giving absolute luxurious comfort for winter lettings. All windows are triple glazed with 'sealed in' Venetian blinds and professional roll down mosquito netting. The ground floor comprises of a spacious lounge/dining room with a STREAMING INTERNET TV system which gives numerous channels ie uk tv,sport,films etc but only works when there is an internet supply ie NO INTERNET NO INTERNET TV. We very rarely loose the internet but if it happens it will only resolve on the return of the supply and therefore nothing can be done to rectify if this happens .There are French windows onto the patio area, large fully fitted kitchen with double oven and hob unit, dishwasher, micro/ oven,tassimo coffee m/c, fridge/freezer etc, laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.The ground floor bedrooms consist 1double with flat screen smart TV and USB point,this bedroom now has a very large en suite wet room.The other ground floor bedroom is a twin with en-suite shower room and also on this floor there is a separate luxury bathroom. On the 1st floor 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. (master with LCD TV & balcony). The Patio area with extensive terraces and planted areas is set behind secure perimeter walls and fencing and access to the villa is through electric coded gates and doors. The 10m x 5m swimming pool can be heated if requested at agreed additional cost prior to arrival,There is CHILD SAFETY POOL FENCING which can be removed for clients who do not request it,sun loungers, patio furniture, covered barbecue area, poolside shower & outside wc .There is now an electric controlled awning which gives if required another shaded area covering the patio area outside the front entrance.
The TV system in the lounge consists of a large LED flat screen with an internet streaming tv system including SKY SPORTS and SKY MOVIES plus numerous other channel .From March 2014 the BBC and ITV ceased to broadcast to Europe,however it is possible to receive them through the internet tv system we have installed but it is totally reliant on the quality of supply which very rarely fails but we give no guarantee to having this available. The WI-FI 5G in the villa is coded and these codes will be given to clients on arrival.
