Un apartamento inusual muy espacioso situado al costado del edificio con una gran zona de terrazas con vistas hacia el mar. El acceso inmediato es a través de las puertas del patio desde el área de estacionamiento hasta la cocina / sala familiar principal. Esta sala se abre a un espacio fantástico para cenar, ver televisión, jugar, cocinar y relajarse.

La cocina totalmente equipada tiene unidades frontales de arce con lavaplatos, lavadora / secadora, refrigerador / congelador, microondas y horno doble y ha sido cuidadosamente provista de una buena gama de utensilios de cocina y utensilios y vajilla para atender a los huéspedes más jóvenes. En el comedor hay una gran mesa y sillas de 6 plazas y una pequeña mesa y sillas de 2 plazas para niños. Un cómodo sofá de cuero marrón, 2 bolsas de frijoles grandes de imitación de cuero, mesa de café, reproductor de CD / radio y TV montada en la pared crean un mini espacio de vida dentro de esta gran sala familiar, desde donde las escaleras se elevan a un área de entrepiso de 25m2. (Notas de los agentes: me encanta el hecho de que este apartamento puede atender tan fácilmente a la familia extendida o familias con niños pequeños hasta adolescentes, ya que tiene dos salas de estar definidas, la cocina / comedor / sala de estar en la planta baja y el encantador y cómodo salón mezzanine con puertas de escalera arriba y abajo si es necesario.)

El salón cuenta con TV Sky Freeview, reproductores de DVD / video, sofás de 3 y 2 plazas y una suntuosa alfombra color crema que hace de esta sala una gran suite de entretenimiento / sala de descanso o 3er dormitorio cuando se utiliza la cama inflable inflable; También sirve como un gran espacio para que los miembros más jóvenes de la familia estén ocupados. El pasillo permite el almacenamiento de tablas y sillas de paseo, etc. Se proporciona WiFi completo.

La habitación doble tiene un baño de estilo de habitación húmeda y la segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales de madera. También hay una cuna de madera en esta habitación. Desde esta sala hay acceso a la terraza a través de una puerta de patio individual. (Los padres con niños pequeños pueden retirar la llave) El baño familiar tiene bañera / ducha.

La localidad de este espacioso apartamento a la playa y el pueblo es una base excelente para sus vacaciones en Woolacombe.

Un depósito de seguridad de £ 100 se mantiene y se libera después de las vacaciones.

Lovely week away in a fantastic appartment

Upon arrival everything was very clean and tidy with an apartment that is fully equipped with everything we required. With a couple of minutes walk to the shops and pubs and 5 minute walk to the beach the location is fantastic. We’ve booked again for next year as we were so pleased with everything.

Fabulous Apartment!

Had 2 weeks in the flat as we did last year too. The new extension is a great addition - provides a brilliant space to sit with your morning coffee! Perfect location and great base to rest and relax in. Hope to be back again!

Excellent stay

Lovely time staying here again. Property is very clean and has a new kitchen this year which is lovely. Good communication with the agent and owners when I had a slight issue. Great to stay there and loved our time in the apartment.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed a recent family stay at 5 Narrocott Apartments and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. The additional extension is excellent giving a view to the sea and small patio to sit outside. It is very well equipped and in an excellent position. Additional off-road parking very welcome. We would definitely return.

Very spacious apartment in a great location

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location is excellent being only a few minutes walk to the beach. The extension is a great addition with amazing views of the sea. The parking space next to the front door is really convenient. The apartment was very spacious, even more so than in the photos. The mezzanine level was a great room for teenagers. Overall we loved the apartment and hope to stay again soon.

Family holiday amazing memories

Great week in Woolacombe. The apartment was lovely and well situated, close to the beach and town. Great restaurants in the town and a nice bar. We will definitely stay here again. The apartment is well equipped especially the kitchen. The PlayStation and dvds were a nice touch too. Thanks a lot

Holiday review

A very spacious and comfortable apartment lovely open plan downstairs large kitchen well equipped great master bedroom with en suite shower was amazing but the bonus was the upstairs maisonette room with massive settee a video library it was so nice to relax up there after a hard days sunbathing and body boarding, we loved it so much we booked it again for next year can’t wait to get back.

An amazing apartment with the most wonderful views.

I would highly recommend 5 Narracott and Holiday Homehunter as a combination! We have had the best week in this amazing apartment which exceeded our expectations. Holiday Homehunter are by far the best agents we have used when booking breaks to Woolacoombe and we will certainly continue to use them apposed to any other providers, their accurate description of the accommodation and seamless booking system is a blessing compared to their competitors. Highly recommend and we will certainly be booking this accommodation again for next year. Thank you!!

Perfect holiday home

Third time staying in this apartment and never disapoints. The new extension is brilliant addition giving so much more inside space and an incredible sea view from the seating are. We are a family of 6 with a toddler and a dog. There was more than enough space to accomodate all. Kitchen very well equipped so we could eat in most nights. Excellent value for money as centrally located so no paying for parking. Ideal to check surf, change into wetsuit and go! Will be back next year.

Second visit to this apartment. Location, location, location

Have returned to this apartment for a second year. New kitchen with breakfast bar was lovely. Plenty of room for six adults, a toddler and two dogs. Wonderful location. Lovely evenings spent on terrace in the sun. Upstairs is a bonus and a great space for gathering when little one has gone to bed. Overall a clean, welcoming apartment right in the heart of Woolacombe. Incredible value for money. We will be back.

Fantastic family holiday

Stayed with five adults, a toddler and a dog. Accomodation great especially upstairs mezzanine. Location spot on. Easy to walk to beach and all amenities. Terrace area had sun in afternoon and evening so was great for eating evening meal with a view of the sea. Quite basic inside accomodation but who goes on holiday to stay in their apartment all day. Could do with some new utensils, crockery etc. But overall a great apartment. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful Spacious Apartment in a great location

This was our second stay and number 5 and it didn't disappoint ! Very clean and spacious with an open plan living area downstairs and a mezzanine lounge area upstairs. Apartment is well equipped, kitchen is home from home. Nice balcony area looking down Sandy lane and overlooking the beach and sea. The apartment is particularly well situated for the centre of village and shops. pubs, entertainments are literally 3 minutes walk away. Highly recommend The Jube for food and Bar Electric for fabulous sunsets. We will definitely be back hopefully for two weeks next year.

Perfect!

Really couldn’t have asked for much more. Spacious property equipped with everything we needed and more. Stones throw from the beach, beach view from the terrace which also gets the evening sun. Parking right next to property. Fantastic dvd / video library with PlayStation & games on large mezzanine area (such a bonus as a chill out room). I could go on but basically this is a fantastic apartment so close to the wonderful Woolacombe beach and with great walks on your doorstep. We had an amazing time thank you!

Great week spent at No. 5

This apartment was perfect for our family needs. Being a family with adult children who still like to holiday together this apartment gave everyone space to move around and not be on top of each other. The mezzanine lounge area was the perfect space to spend an evening relaxing - particularly on the very comfortable sofa - so comfortable we would have loved to have brought it home with us. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean with great showers. Plenty of bedroom space. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate for holidaying. It is only a short walk up the hill from the beach directly into the apartment with car parking right outside the front door. After spending many years holidaying in Woolacombe we will definitely be booking No. 5 again. Many thanks again for an amazing week in Woolacombe

Wonderful as ever . . . .

‘I’m not sure that you should dig there John’ said Fred, nervously looking on as his colleague thrust his spade into the hole that he’d just started to dig. ‘It’ll be alright' said John, 'I mean what could possibly go wrong?’ ‘Can you smell gas?’ asked Fred. ‘Ah, replied John, now looking rather red-faced, ‘that’s what that big pipe was. Let’s get out of here’ And so it started, the Great Woolacombe Gas Shortage*, in which thousands of jubilee week holiday makers were thrown into total chaos as they were unable to have a hot shower before they went out, and when they did go out, there was a good chance that the restaurant they were going to wasn’t even open. This was a disaster on such a grand scale that not even Lord Parkin of Parkin Estates could get it sorted for 3 days But it would take a bit more than slightly greasy hair to put a dampener on our annual pilgrimage to Woolacombe and our latest stay at No 5 Narracott Apartments. As ever, the apartment was impeccably clean when we arrived, adorned by a wonderfully sumptuous new sofa in the mezzanine lounge area, resulting in extra seating downstairs, both of which meant that I could comfortably wait for the local weather forecast on TV whilst my wife and daughters could sit upstairs and argue about which judge on Britains Got Talent really does have the biggest ego I didn’t need to worry about the weather of course, due, as usual to Maddy at Holiday Home Hunters actually arranging for a full week of uninterrupted sun - these guys literally sort out everything for you! My one regret of the otherwise perfect week was the moment when sitting in Bar Electric with a pint and staring wistfully over the Bristol Channel, I got chatting to a couple who asked me about where I was staying. I told them all about No 5 and suddenly, in the middle of waxing lyrical about how perfect it was for us, both the apartment itself and the brilliantly convenient location, I panicked that they were genuinely interested in renting it themselves. They’d already told me that they came the same week every year which meant they potentially could gazump me next year. I had no choice but to backtrack and so I told them that they didn’t allow dogs (which of course they do), that the beds were actually a little bit uncomfortable (which of course they’re not) and that the view from the balcony isn’t great (which of course is nonsense, it’s spectacular). I don’t know whether they saw through my strategy or not, but I do hope so. Especially as the wife said that I look like captain Birdseye. Cheek of it. *as ever with Holiday Home Hunters, the communication (throughout the gas problem) was timely, informative and helpful. In addition, Maddy personally took the time out to ensure that we had been re-connected despite it being the Bank Holiday weekend.
