Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler, Holiday Home Hunter está encantado de ofrecer otro excelente apartamento en Belmont Court. Nos encanta esta ubicación y sabemos que nuestros huéspedes también lo hacen, así que estoy seguro de que este hermoso lugar caerá en una tormenta.
Ubicado justo al lado del paseo marítimo de Woolacombe, Esplanade se encuentra este excelente apartamento de dos habitaciones, sus características principales son la increíble vista al mar desde la sala de estar / comedor / cocina y el balcón y está muy cerca de la playa y el pueblo de Woolacombe.

Habiendo estacionado en el espacio de estacionamiento asignado, se accede al apartamento a través de la entrada principal y el número 1 está justo a la izquierda después de ingresar al pasillo comunitario.
La sala de estar principal está en la parte delantera aprovechando las maravillosas vistas a la playa de Woolacombe y más allá. Este gran espacio de vida incorpora un gran salón con ventanal, área de comedor y cocina, todos disfrutando de las mismas excelentes vistas.

La sala de estar ha conservado algunas de las características victorianas antiguas, como el fuego alrededor y las cornisas. Hay una gran televisión de pantalla plana montada en la pared y suntuosos sofás y sillas para todos.

La mesa de comedor y las sillas pueden acomodar hasta seis. En la cocina hay unidades modernas, nevera-congelador, cocina, vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora.

Tanto las habitaciones como el baño familiar están fuera del pasillo principal que atraviesa el apartamento. El baño familiar tiene una suite blanca de baño con ducha para lavarse el cabello, inodoro y lavabo.

Hay un dormitorio principal de buen tamaño y la parte trasera tranquila del apartamento con su propio cuarto de baño en suite con WC y lavabo y cabina de ducha individual. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size de madera, armario y cajonera, y hay mesitas de noche y lámparas a cada lado de la cama. Tiene una ventana en la parte trasera. Se proporciona una cuna de viaje.

El segundo dormitorio tiene literas de madera blanca y una individual, una ventana en la parte trasera. Tiene una cómoda para guardar ropa y algunos ganchos para colgar, pero no tiene armario.

Este encantador apartamento de dos habitaciones tiene capacidad para cinco y es un lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones familiares en Woolacombe. El pueblo está a menos de diez minutos a pie.

Our stay in 1 Belmont Court

Nothing negative to say about this holiday rental, how it was described by the letting agent Holiday Home Hunter was spot on. The accommodation was perfectly situated on the esplanade in Woolacombe having a lovely outside area to soak up the views, inside was comfortably furnished and equipped making it a great place to stay, would highly recommend staying here

What a wonderful flat in a fabulous location. We had the best time and will return for sure! Perfect location for visiting the beach and a fab balcony to enjoy the view. Very clean throughout and bright lounge and kitchen. The outdoor shower was a bonus for getting sand free after the beach

Belmont court location within very easy walk to the town and beach. views of the beach can be seen from some of the apartments. parking can be a little difficult as entrance has a very sharp turning and steep from a narrow road. i have stayed there 3 times and find it very convenient . Clean well equipped and spacious.

One of the best

A lovely apartment with good fixtures and fittings including a new television with apps for Amazon Prime etc. The view from the apartment is definitely 'one of the best' with a large balcony to enjoy the view and the sunshine. We hope return next year as, having rented this apartment, we think we've found our favourite!

Second time at 1 Belmont the decking has been changed that is so good it's lovely , the view well breathtaking especially if like me you can't get onto the beach. It's a very airy place well lit... There were some issues which hopefully will be addressed regarding cleaning, the washer and bedding ... If you have bad backs or suffer chronic pain etc then take a mattress topper as the main bed is rock hard and not comfy...Holiday home hunter are outstanding in their time patience and kindness and understanding Thank you... I wil book again as the few issues don't out weigh the flat position space etc... I WOULD RECOMMEND

Heavenly views

Iv stayed in various accommodation in Wooly" over years but have always had my eye on this one because of the position. Finally booked right one lol" I wasn't disappointed. due to my health having the view and space this flat has in all rooms was so so good. There was a few things that need looking at but Holiday Home Hunter as always provided excellent customer service. I found the master bed mattress is very hard so I will take a topper next time. and an extra frying pan. Also be very aware of the doors as they tend to slam easy if you've back door open nd windows Iv booked again for next year for two weeks. Cant wait !!!!

Nice spacious apartment in a glorious setting

This apartment is in an ideal spot on the esplanade, you’re a stones throw of town and and the smaller beaches. Also there’s no climb up to Belmont Court like there is with other accommodations, so unloading the car comes easy. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the bay, we like the adjoining kitchen to the lounge. The bunk beds are great for out girls they love it. The only pitfall is the mattress in the double room, you may as well sleep on the dining table. We’re in hope that they replace it at some point as we’ve both returned with back trouble. The cleaners could do a better job, dust everywhere and kitchen is sticky, wiping the handles over wouldn’t hurt. As bad as the beds are we’d still return, anything to return to Woolacombe.

Thanks for your mostly favourable review and we're glad you had a great holiday overall. To be honest,beds and mattresses are one of the most difficult things to ensure everyone's happiness as we all have different preferences. The owner has told us that the bed is less than 18 months old so it's unfortunate that you don't find it comfortable. We pass on all our feedback (positive and negative) to our housekeepers and can only apologise if you didn't find the property as clean as you would have liked. Hopefully that will be addressed moving forward and any future experience will be more positive. Hope you get to visit Woolacombe again! Holiday Home Hunter

Great location - in need of a bit of tlc

The location is faultless and the accommodation is comfortable. However, a couple of issues: the lack of toilet rolls in bathrooms (there was just a small amount in the family bathroom and none at all in the ensuite) was a little disappointing after a four hour drive! This was something that HHH say are provided. And the lack of a mirror in the family bathroom proved to be a real problem for the two shavers in the family! Just a note - would rather have a loo roll provided than the lacklustre "welcome pack" of canned low alcohol wine and teabags which are hopeless without milk!! Luckily we had a grocery delivery due but will take a couple of loo rolls with us next time!

Hi, firstly, thanks for your reply. Slightly concerned as to why you would mark down customer service, please take this up with me if you feel we didn't handle your booking process well or if there is something else I need to know about so that I can improve on it. Loo rolls, well, we do suggest the owners ask their cleaners to leave one in each loo to get you going so it could just be an oversight, apologies on their behalf. Unlike hotels, self catered apartments are just that, and it's entirely up to the individual owners as to what they ask their cleaners to leave for guests. We do point this out in our Info section of the website under "Whats Provided". This leads me to the subject of the Welcome Pack that you weren't keen on. Many owners don't ask their cleaners to leave anything at all so it's a nice gesture from these owners which sadly in your case, fell short. I do hope that you will be able to put aside these things and book again and I will make sure that the owners are aware so that together we can improve the guests satisfaction and experience for future holiday makers there. Perfectly located and excellent views

We stayed the same week last year. Nothing much changed, good to see the chopping boards I suggested had been provided, thank you. We found the cleanliness good when we arrived and the welcome bag was much appreciated. There are new sofas, unfortunately the 4 adults in the party all felt they were too deep and low and therefor for us uncomfortable. Two adults used the single bed and lower bunk, both mattresses were very soft and did not give a good nights sleep, perhaps ok for children. The main bedroom does have a musty smell, as not much ventilation I assume. The threshold to the bathroom was broken last year, not sure if this was replaced and has suffered the same fate? The kitchen could do with a measuring jug, otherwise excellent except for the lack of a dishwasher which would be a benefit when on holiday. That all said, it is a great apartment, with amazing views and sunsets, we would go again as the location is perfect for the beach and shops etc. Walking from there around the coast or along the beach gives plenty of variety.

Excellent stay in a great apartment

Stayed for 4 nights, we were lucky with the weather, but with the views from the bay window, the stay would have been great anyway. Good sized living room and kitchen, there were only 2 of us, but space for more. Board storage in the shed was a bonus. Great place, we will be back

Great location

Very convenient location for the beach and no steep hill to access the flat on foot. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and while we didn’t cook there it was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of a dishwasher would be a bonus for anyone cooking and eating there.

Another beautiful stay in this superb, well-equipped flat. The location is amazing, with wonderful views of the sea, and very near to the beaches. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of shed space for boards etc, and an outside shower great for washing the sand off. Lovely big balcony.

This flat has a wonderful location just minutes from the main beach. The views of the beach from the lounge, kitchen and balcony are stunning. We enjoyed our stay and especially the bag of treats provided on our arrival.

Lounge with a view

Comfortable large apartment, with fantastic views and a great patio to soak up the afternoon sun. With the bedrooms on the back and side it was very quiet. Only my husband and myself but would very roomy for a family. Didn’t need to use the car all week, as close to all beaches, and excellent for all cliff walks around.

The flat was very nice with a lovely view over the beach. Within easy walking distance to the beach.

Lovely flat with very good views of the beach. 5 mins walk from both the shops and the beach. Parking a little difficult but that's the same everywhere. Would recommend the Belmont.

Lovely Stay in Woolacombe

Love Woolacombe and our stay at 1 Belmont Court. Apartment has everything you need, except a hairdryer, so don't forget to pack one (like I did!) Great location, great apartment, looking forward to our next stay.
