Ubicado en un antiguo estudio de cristalería, este espacio de estilo loft ha sido bellamente restaurado con una mezcla ecléctica de obras de arte, diseño contemporáneo y antigüedades contra impresionantes arcos y mampostería original. Lejos de los concurridos lugares turísticos, puede disfrutar de una auténtica porción de la vida romana mientras se encuentra a poca distancia de la Fontana di Trevi o la Piazza di Spagna y la estación de Termini, así como de algunos excelentes restaurantes locales o la muy querida 'Gelateria La Romana' en la carretera .

our stay in Rome all this week, in family, the four together,has been great. It is not difficult to enjoy an unique city like this but, if the experience has been pleasant, Anonella's has contributed greatly to maje it possible. We really we have felt at home. The neighborhood is great, clean, elegant and full of services. Our 62 bus to the Center, the metro in plaza of the he Republic, the proximity to Termini rail station where we have taken the train to Florece for one day trip... all that make the site a place really strategic and at the same time quiet and nice. And the House. What to say about this Gorgeus space. Finely decorated, comfortable, spacious, with maid services once in the week. A luxury. We have eaten and had dinero several times. Home sweet home. We Bring with us a magic memory. And for finished, thanks to Antonella for thinking of us repetedly. The taxi to the airport at the home door, has been the icing of the cake. Antonella, you truly are a great host. Thank you very much from all

The apartment overall was incredible. There were only a couple of minor issues within the apt that were dealt with promptly. As I arrived extremely late I had no problems paying the due tax late so I wouldn't disturb the owners. Now,this has nothing to do inside the apt,but the apts above were extremely loud basically nonstop. Up and down stairs all night. Walking loudly above all night. Sometimes it literally sounded like wooden shoes were worn. The apartment itself had no misrepresentation whatsoever. Thank you Antonella and Sergio. Perhaps you could possibly speak with other owners about the noise level in other vacation rentals.

Beautiful architecture, well-appointed

We loved the location—could walk to the train station in less than15 minutes, Borghese Gallery in 20, and Trevi fountain in under 25. For other sites, we easily got a taxi (using Free Now app). Fantastic gelato at La Romana just a block away, and several restaurants in the neighborhood. It is on a quiet street—no problem with noise at night. Inside the apartment is beautiful, with old stone archways and modern furnishings. Beds were comfortable; always had hot water for showers. Property managers made check in and check out easy. They were communicative and helpful. A lovely property and we very much enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Had everything you need to make it feel like home. Our only suggested improvement would be the AC in the loft area. However, we were there during a heat wave of 95+ degree weather.

Family Trip to Rome!

This flat was perfect for us! It was clean, beautiful and we felt like we were at home. Air-conditioning worked great, which was important for our family. :) Location was great and we felt safe at all times. Check-in process was smooth, beds were comfy and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection location, super cute loft layout

Really loved the location - close to a pharmacy, easy to get a taxi, etc. My kids LOVED the upstairs loft area, they thought it was "better than our house!" Really good use of space, never felt crowded. Showers were great, AC worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

The Best

Antonella was amazing. Our flight was canceled and my son arrived in Rome by himself from a separate flight. She met him there and was so warm and inviting. When we arrived without our luggage at an unplanned time, she had someone meet us to let us into the beautiful home. She also allowed us to stay and check out late to maximize the limited time of our visit. The bedding was luxurious, perfect water pressure ideal and unique exposed stone very cool. Also neighborhood pizzeria was the best this foodie family has ever had. Easy walk to bus line or taxis and Uber out front door. We recommend this listing to everyone!

Everything was perfect!

After our hotel cancelled our reservation, I switched gears and found this amazing property and was so grateful for the hotel cancellation! We had a large space, washer and dryer, two bathrooms and plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Antonetta was so kind and assisted me with logistics, supplies and recommendations. The neighborhood has wonderful restaurants and is in a quiet, elite neighborhodd that is accessible to everything by taxi. I highly recommend this gem of an apartment!

4 days in rome

Stayed here for a 4 day family vacation as part of a trip through Italy. Flat is exactly as pictured and described. Many restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. Pretty easy to get around rome either walking or cabs (for longer distinctions such as Vatican)

Unique Rome Experience

This condo was very clean, spacious and overall very nice. The beds were very comfortable, it was nice to have washer and dryer and there was everything we needed. It was a bit off the beaten path but we liked that to get away from the touristy areas. We used Free now app for Taxis or walked to the attractions. There are also scooters around for rent. There was a great gelato place, Gelateria La Romana around the corner which is amazing. Mostly locals with a line out the door. The second sleeping area which was a loft had a low ceiling about 5’4” which you just had to be careful not to hit your head. It is an eclectic condo with a lot of character. The hosts were extremely accommodating. We definitely recommend staying there.

Perfectly located Italian Loft & Incredible Cooking Class w/ Chef Flavia

We had a fabulous time staying at this beautiful loft in Rome. It was within walking distance from markets, cafes, restaurants and attractions. The host was extremely helpful and accessible and answered all of our questions. She scheduled transportation from the airport for us and provided helpful information and suggestions to our questions in a timely manner. The only challenge experienced has to do with the height of the ceilings. I am 5’9” so I didn’t quite fit upstairs and came close to the ceiling when walking the few stairs up to the master bedroom. Otherwise, overall it was lovely and had many conveniences of home! Thank you Antonella for your hospitality, help and accommodations. An added bonus was the cooking class with Chef Flavia who is recommended within this Vrbo listing. She hosted us at her apartment and taught us how to make a typical and delicious Roman meal that we chose out of a few suggestions in advance. She is a talented chef, lovely woman and we had an incredible experience! We highly recommend indulging in this experience. Thank you Flavia!

Great ground floor apartment!

Our family of 4 enjoyed the spacious apartment. The design is really eclectic and fun. The location is a little far from typical sight seeing, but the rental price reflects that. You can save a lot of money staying here and ordering taxis on the FreeNow taxi ordering app. We purchased an airalo e-sim card for Italy data and it worked great on our iPhones (not the android), so we saved a fortune by staying a little further away and coming back to this comfortable apartment every evening. The washer/dryer and 2 full bathrooms are perfect. The teenagers liked the loft bedroom up the half-flight of stairs with privacy shades. The tv is huge for European standards and our Firestick came in handy- their internet was fast. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive to messages, I am so impressed! And it is nice that her English is perfect since I don't speak Italian. I just recommended the apartment to a friend and would not hesitate to stay here again. Big bonus for this being a ground floor apartment, so easy with luggage! The apartment got humid, even though we ran the exhaust fans day and night and had the bathroom window open. I found a dehumidifier in the closet on my last day and that is what I should have run the entire stay for more comfort. We were between seasons, so never ran the AC units, but they cover the entire apartment. See you on our next stay!

Beautiful place & great communications

This property exceeds expectations in its amenities & beauty. We had a ridiculous booking process, (my fault), & the contact handled it with professionalism & humor. The location is on a quiet street with markets, great gelato, & a very convenient pharmacy. My only knock is that the apartment is not very near any must-do Roman sights & the MEtro stop is a 12 minute walk away.

Perfect setting in a great location!

Easy access to everything. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Loft area has lower than expected ceiling height. As i am 6’4’ this was somewhat of a challenge.

Beautiful apartment in a convenient neighborhood.

Really enjoyed the property. Only criticism is that it is really a one bedroom with a sleeping loft. There is no privacy, no door, difficult stairs to negotiate during the night. For two older couples, it was unfortunately not ideal. Having said that, we enjoyed our time there and would return as a couple.

Stylish apartment, great location

This is a beautiful apartment located about 6 blocks north of the Termini (rail station), near embassies and government buildings, an easy and safe walk from the language school we attended. As other have noted, the neighborhood has many restaurants, grocery stores, etc., nearby, including an exceptional wine store (Tremani) two blocks away. Cabs to places near Piazza Navona and the Pantheon cost 10-15 Euros; we used the Free Now app to get taxis. The beautifully-decorated apartment is well-designed by the architect owner (Sergio) to take advantage of the space, with two bathrooms -- one ensuite downstairs with a beautiful tiled step-down shower, the other off the hallway for general use (and use by those sleeping in the loft). The loft bedroom is accessed by steps and has clever shades that can be lowered to cover glass partitions and provide privacy for sleepers. I could stand without slouching (I am 5' 3") though my head almost hit the ceiling. The entire apartment is well-lit and the living areas take good advantage of natural lighting. Because I am a serious hobbyist cook, I always look at kitchen equipment in rentals. The kitchen is well-equipped for making breakfast and simple meals but renters who plan on cooking in more elaborate ways should check with Antonella (one of the two owners) to see if it has dishes, utensils, etc., needed to meet their cooking needs. Overall this beautiful apartment more than met our expectations. It was also very private and quiet. We would definitely rent it again.
