La propiedad está ubicada en Trabia (PA) a pocos pasos de San Nicola l'Arena, un antiguo pueblo de pescadores que ahora se ha convertido en un puerto turístico y de placer.
El apartamento en la villa ha sido recientemente renovado y es totalmente independiente, cómodo para familias que desean experimentar el mar cristalino mientras disfrutan de Sicilia.
La característica de la casa es el acceso directo a la playa, el estacionamiento interno, el área de solarium, las grandes áreas al aire libre, el área de barbacoa donde puede compartir una tarde de verano con sus seres queridos.
Los espacios internos ofrecen 1 habitación doble para uso triple, 1 habitación doble, 1 habitación con una cama puente para niños, 2 baños internos, cocina y sala de estar abierta. ¡Punta de lanza, gran terraza con impresionantes vistas al mar donde no se perderá la oportunidad de admirar puestas de sol únicas, disfrutar de un aperitivo!
El apartamento está ubicado a 2 km del cruce de la autopista y a 1 km del centro, donde los supermercados, supermercados, farmacias y restaurantes siempre están abiertos.

Beautiful property! Amazing views and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Paolo and Morena are perfect hosts and were easy to comminicate with. They do everything to make you feel at home. Be sure to visit their family owned jewelry store. We were treated like Kings and Queens there and bought some beautiful pieces. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Perfect beach stay

The house was amazing and the property grounds were so nice to be right on the beach. The owners were great with communication. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit the area.

Lovely Spot

Great spot for visiting area sites. The water was calm and the beach was quiet in Mid October. Condo was clean, quiet an had some great outdoor spaces, too.

This is an amazing house right by the sea. Paolo and Morena are superb hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They booked tables for us, advised us on where to visit, replaced the TV on a Sunday when it stopped working and offered to order us pizza during a local power cut. We’ve had a fantastic holiday, I can’t recommend the house highly enough!! We will definitely return and recommend the house to friends. Thank you for a brilliant stay!!

Great location and very responsive host

We loved our stay at this property. The town is quaint and quiet on the weekdays and picks up on the weekend. The hosts are very responsive and helped with everything we needed. You won’t regret staying here

The place was great if you are looking for a slow pace holiday. No ubers near by so you have to walk to town. The beach was awesome mostly had it to ourselves. There is a dog next door that they keep outside all the time so I had a few nights where I was woken up intermittently with barking. The owner is responsive and brought whatever we needed. We especially appreciated the pizza our first night as we arrived late, tired and hungry.

A dream rental

We had the best visit in Trabia staying at this home. It’s was absolutely beautiful and had so much space for the family to spread out. You couldn’t beat the proximity to the beach. The view from the deck was stunning. The hosts were very responsive to questions and even gifted us with snacks, a bottle of wine, lemoncello and a souvenir. We highly recommend staying in this home and we will definitely be back.

We didn't want to leave!

Moved into this bigger property when we had additional family show up. Great beach, great vistas, great weather. The hosts were very responsive to everything we asked for and welcomed all the feedback we gave them about the little things to make future guests more comfortable. I can't recommend this villa enough. It's a beautiful property.

Wonderful trip

We had an amazing time at this property. Right on a beautiful beach and it had everything we needed. Much larger than it looks in the pictures. Our hosts Flaminia and Paulo were amazing! They did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful stay. They also own a beautiful jewelry store which I am so happy we had the chance to visit. So happy we chose this property! Plenty of room for family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great Appartement in Front of the sea

We enjoyed our stay very much in this almost brand new appartement. It’s really special to enjoy the sea right from the balcony - a real privilege. Beach is well suited for small children as it is flat and sandy. Paolo the owner is very friendly and always ready to help. There was plenty of rooms there is even one with a real children bedroom/furniture the kids liked it!!

September break

The property was very well located right on the beach with fantastic views across the sea. It was extremely comfortable with a lot of space for the 4 adults in our party. A lot of the interior fixtures and fittings looked to have been recently added as they were very new and contemporary. The local town was just within walking distance with some nice restaurants to visit. I should add that the hosts were fantastic and were very responsive to queries about local amenities which we relied on.

A gorgeous, luxury, beachfront home that is a treasure!

As frequent travelers who have rented hundreds of properties, this was one of the most beautiful and well kept homes we have ever stayed in. The home is stunning, with very comfortable places to sit inside and gorgeous outdoor patios, including a hot tub with an amazing view of the coastline and the castle in nearby San Nicola L’Arena. The beds are very comfortable, and we were so grateful for the air conditioning on hot days. Paolo and his wife went above and beyond and helping us arrange transport, welcoming us with snacks and a bottle of wine, and responding to any questions immediately. The beach nearby can get very busy on the weekends, so be prepared for happy music on Saturday and Sunday, but this is a spot for locals, and it really feels like you are part of the local community when you stay here. We did not have a rental car, but it was a quick 15 minute walk into San Nicola to get groceries and supplies.

A Golden Experience

The place is beautiful, excellent layout, comfortable, clean. Indoor outdoor living. Two decks, spectacular ocean views. Outside kitchen, separate lanai for extra guests, beach access as you are right on the beach. Location is fantastic- walk to Trabia, drive to Palermo, Cefalu, Agrigento, Mount Etna just so much to do. Highly recommend - Love Sicily very much glad I found this place it is picture perfect. Hosts are extremely kind and considerate a pleasure to meet. Will definitely return!!

Direct beach access

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property .. Paolo and his sister are wonderful hosts and very responsive! They even personally met us when we had some issues locating property initially due to our map app.. the house is even more beautiful in person and beds are super comfortable which we appreciated. The views of this sea are superb and we loved the little fishing village within walking distance. Also easy access to the train there in San L Nichola or via Trabia! Easy to get to Palermo via train. We rented a car and you have private parking at the property which was fantastic! Easy drive to Cefalu and to Trapani/Erice. You will love it here! We hope to return one day! Thank you Paolo and Flaminna ! ❤️😀

Wonderful Place to Stay in a Beautiful Location

We booked a weeks stay at Villa Irene and enjoyed every minute of it. It is exactly as it looks on the website. It is right on a lovely beach and the Villa and it's grounds are all finished to a very high quality. The villa is so well equipped Alessio has paid attention to every detail. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen all new. Alessio is a great host and was available at a moments notice throughout our stay always with a smile. We found some lovely local restaurants and had really great food at good prices. We also had a BBQ in the garden and were able to eat and watch the sea at night which was very special. This is a lovely part of Sicily very unspoilt the village is kilometre away and an easy walk, it has a lovely harbour with a Gelateria and a cocktail pizza bar which we visited twice. Generally this is the place to go if you want to unwind in a very unspoilt authentic part of Italy. We would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful week at this villa. The location was perfect for a beach holiday and the sea views were fabulous. There are plenty of outdoor facilities to make a beach holiday very easy - there are 2 outdoor showers, outdoor sinks (perfect for dripping swim costumes), a fully fitted outdoor kitchen/bbq area (we used this twice when it was just too hot to eat out at a restaurant) and plenty of outdoor seating (both downstairs by the bbq and upstairs on the balcony). There was even a kayak which my two boys (16 and 18 years old) used frequently. Private, off road parking made coming and going easy and there are local shops/supermarket in both Trabia and San Nicola (a few minutes away by car). Totally recommend a visit to Brigante restaurant in San Nicola. We went by train to from Trabia to Palermo which we also recommend and was easier than we expected. Flaminia (our host) was lovely and met us in person on arrival. We were earlier than expected and Flaminia very kindly allowed us to check in early which gave us an extra afternoon on the beach. San Nicola is a perfect place to escape the tourists and enjoy Sicily. We would definitely return to this villa again.

Live like a local, vacation like a rock star

Our family stayed here in early September and the experience exceeded our expectations. The villa is very comfortable and deceivingly spacious. You immediately feel at home, and the ability to have both outdoor/indoor living experiences makes it exceptional. Local touches of Sicily are represented by beautiful artwork throughout. The private beach access made it a snap to get to for our kids with plenty of beach toys and a kayak to explore the sea with. On weekends the locals come to spend the day with their families, and it was wonderful to take part in that authentically vs. feeling like a tourist. Another perk is that one bedroom/bathroom is in an outdoor guest house. This ended up being a great option for my father who was traveling with us -- as he had his own space to relax in when not spending time with us. The villa is a short drive off the autostrada, which made it SO easy to hop in the car and head anywhere we wanted to go in Sicily! It's also walking distance to two amazing restaurants, both recommended by the host, and also close to neighboring town San Nicola, which made for convenient food and necessities shopping. Lastly, our hosts Flaminia and Paolo were a dream to stay with. They were ALWAYS there when we needed them, and checking in on us when we didn't. They had thoughtful gifts for us at check-in. Their family also own the most beautiful jewelry and housewares store in Trabia. You must see it during your stay. We'll definitely be back! xo

Wir waren mehr als Mega überrascht. Die Bilder im Internet sind Wahrheit geworden:.Direkt am Meer, alles sauber, super Ausstattung, Whirlpool und sogar ein Barbecue mit Außenküche, dazu ein kleines Extrahäuschen mit Klimaanlage, Doppelbett und Bad.CU next Year und Danke für Alles !
So schmeckt das Frühstück doppelt so gut
