Great location to explore Porto

We had a great time in Porto partly due to this great rental. The property was within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants and night life. The cafe's and gelato shops were an extra bonus.

Great Convenient Apartment

The location is ideal for site seeing around the city, and close to the metro station as well. The place was clean, quiet, and well lit. We are planning to stay here again later this month, it was so nice.

Great accommodation

This was the perfect place for our stay in porto. Fabulous and stylish apartment with terrific views. Had everything we needed and excellent communication in case we didn’t. Highly recommend.

Unexpected Gem

The property was in a great location, just a little off the touristy beaten path. Very clean, good amenities and close to a lot of Porto we normally wouldn’t have seen. We were very happy with our host communications. We would stay here again.

Clerigos bells

This is a quaint, clean studio apartment right outside the Clerigos Tower and church. It is well stocked and perfect for a couple. The managers were very responsive and easy to work with. Great location within easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants

Great location

This place was convenient to many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Transportation available right at front door. Ver clean. I have to say we did not think 3rd floor is 4 flights of stairs but we managed fine. I slept very well while staying there which is a big deal for me.

Location is Fabulous

Center of town; gelato place adjacent to front door; bakery two doors down - I mean what in the world more does one need. The place is excellent in all respects including sound insulation on a very busy street- but one. Our apartment was on the 3rd(European 3rd) floor and there is no elevator. We’re in our 70’s and had no problem with this, but one needs to know. We would return here with no hesitation whatsoever.

Great but a few things to note

Overall, we loved our stay. The apartment is in a great location with a great view. It had everything we needed for a great stay in Porto. We had a few issues when we first checked in... a broken microwave, a slow draining shower, and a burned-out light blub but the hosts were quick to resolve the problems the following day. One thing to note is that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor. My husband was able to carry our large suitcases up the narrow stairwell but for some, this may have been a real problem. The apartment is spacious but we would have liked more closet space and better lighting. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

A perfect visit to Porto

My wife and I had an absolutely perfect visit to Porto and the Clerigos apt. made it even better. The views of the city, park and tower were beautiful, even saw a wedding from the window. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as all the sites. Note there are lots of hills and cobblestone streets in town. We had to move our 4-day trip up by one day and the owners were very helpful and communicative. During our visit we had a drain issue in the shower and they delivered a plumbing product within 2 hours which fixed the problem. The apt. has everything you need, toiletries, kitchen tools, ironing board, espresso machine and mini fridge. The bed is firm but comfortable and note - this is technically on the 4th floor as the first, "Zero" floor has no units so be prepared to climb. (55 steps. We counted.) Another note - toilet paper and paper towels are not restocked if you're staying for a longer period of time but there is a very affordable Minipreco grocery mart within walking distance to stock up. The hot water tank is smaller than the average US tank so take quick showers or take them at least 30 min. apart. Make sure you try the gelato shop downstairs, it's fantastic! Overall our visit was perfect, we'll absolutely recommend this apt. to others, amazing location.
