Great place and location. The views were beautiful. We were able to paddle board and enjoy the water. Visited Chattanooga a couple of times and the drive there was short and easy. Everything about the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

This clean condo had updated fixtures and was spacious. We loved seeing the river and hiking on Signal Mountain which was just 10 minutes away. Though the kayak rental is not included, the discount makes it very reasonable; we were quoted $20 for a day.

All was as described in the listing. Easy check-in and out. Gary was helpful and prompt in seeing to a couple of requests. All went very smoothly. Great location and views, good amount of kitchen and bath items, comfortable bed, quiet. Good deal as well on rental kayaks next door. Would recommend this condo!

The place was awesome. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Overall we loved the place. We did have to leave a day earlier than planned because severe weather knocked the power out. Just an act of nature.

15th wedding anniversary

This beautiful condo was just the quick anniversary getaway that we needed. Ziplining, rock climbing, happy hemp, and amazing restaurants were on 15 minutes away. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Waking up the view of the river was so peaceful. I made a big breakfast for us, and we sat on the deck to eat every morning. Check in was easy. The owners were there to help us find the right condo. I would say please list the condo number on the reservation, just in case you aren't there. The kayaks were right next to us. $40 rental for our entire stay. This was by far one of the best, most peaceful, go with the flow trips we've ever taken. Let me know if you're selling one of the condos. I would love to buy one from you, lol. Definitely eat at Scotty's on the river. Their food is divine! Don't keep looking! Get to booking! You won't regret it!

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The scenery was fantastic. The condo was very clean and well laid out. We utilized both air mattresses in the property. One was in good shape, the other didn’t hold air. Even though there was only one bedroom there were plenty of places to put air mattresses to accommodate our family. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the views of the river and utilized the paddle board and kayaks from the rental next door. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the bank. The upper-level deck on the dock was so relaxing and breath taking. We wished we had more time to stay and explore the river on the pontoon boats. Our check in process was super easy. The location was great, close to restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to add a few items to the kitchen, like a wire whisk, a spatula, mixing bowl, and a 9x13 pan. We are really hoping we can get the opportunity to come back!

I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I've done rental properties, flipped houses, and managed commercial real estate properties. I've had this property for 10 years and finally got to build these wonderful condos in 2016. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and use to live in the apartments next door and the house a couple houses over. I've seen the Chattanooga area grow and develop over the years and I'm wanting the River Gorge area to be one of those areas to improve. My wife and I live in one of the units and are son also lives in one of the units.

Imagine waking up and looking out the window and seeing Elder Mountain with the majestic Tennessee River flowing around it. Then going on the porch with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent TN River Gorge and the relaxation you need. The scenery and things to do on the river last through every season of the year. There's fun in the sun during the summer, viewing the colors on the mountains in the fall, the peacefulness and seeing the mountains formations without leaves in the winter, and enjoying just being outside during the spring. There's a fire pit for the cold months and the boat dock has a roof to chill on during the warmer months. We also have a big yard if you want to bring games or play anything outside. My family and I also live at the condos, so if you ever need anything we're not far away. Come enjoy the TN River Gorge!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is a very unique spot in several different ways. The location feels like you're far away from the city and the rest of society, but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from stores and places to get some food and only 10 minutes from downtown Chatt. Another benefit is our boat dock is one of the most peaceful places to sit on. Try to snag the rocking chair on top and just sit and enjoy the scenery. If it's the summer you can also jump into the water from up top. The last benefit is if you're a nature lover. The scenery is pretty tough to beat with the mountains on both sides of you and a river flowing through them. We are also 20-35 minutes away from different hiking trails that have aerial views of the River Gorge.
