Apartamento con aire acondicionado de dos dormitorios en el segundo piso de un elegante edificio antiguo totalmente reformado con ascensor y Wi-fi gratuito y teléfono para llamadas lugareños. Totalmente equipada cocina equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas). Todas las habitaciones tienen hermosos pisos de madera empotrados y doble acristalamiento. Cádiz Holiday

Lovely place within easy walking distance of the town and old town, beaches and restaurants.Very clean and tidy and the arrival process was easy and well communicated.Cádiz is quite small so a car is not required.

Convenient, spacious and attractive

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is clean and spacious. It’s nicely situated--very easy to walk to nice restaurants, places of interest, and attractive plazas. Ana was helpful and communicative. We have no complaints!

Excellent apartment on the edge of old town

Perfectly situated on the edge of old town Cádiz this spotlessly clean and very well appointed, modern apartment provides easy walking access to cafes, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.Communication with the host Ana was prompt, helpful and informative.I would highly recommend this listing.

Lovely stay in Cadiz!

We had a wonderful time in Cadiz! Ana’s apartment was easy walking distance to the heart of the old town and to the water. There is a lovely park across the street where you can enjoy drinks and a beautiful sunset. Ana was very helpful and responded to all of our questions very quickly.

Great apartment in Cadiz

Perfect place to stay in Cadiz. Very comfortable and QUIET. In a great location with excellent restaurants and tapas places within three blocks. Central heating which is important in January. Everything works and is new.

Bright, modern, well appointed apartment.

Lovely apartment with ultra modern kitchen, air conditioning in traditional building. very close to centre of old town and a stones throw from all the attractions Cadiz offers. Very highly recommended and excellent service from the owner.

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment in old town Cadiz. We met the caretaker María Jesús on arrival and she checked us in and helped get us parked in the lift garage. She was a big help! Access to the lift was great so we could easily come and go while we explored other beaches and drove to the ferry in Tarifa. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable and great for exploring shops and restaurants in the old town area.

Lovely apartment close to lots of attractions and shops

The apartment is in an excellent location and was very clean and well presented. There is a lift to the apartment giving easy access with heavy cases. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher and is well laid out. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. There was plenty of space to relax and two good size bedrooms. The check in and check out processes were simple and went very smoothly. As a bonus we had access to a garage under the property which was very useful as we had a car. When we visited in March it was quiet making for a very relaxing stay. Overall we had a lovely few days stay and would definitely try and stay there again if we return to Cadiz.

Just perfect! Nothing else to say ...

This beautiful flat is situated in the Old Town of Cadiz, directly to a wonderful parc close to the sea. Everything needed is provided (diswasher, washing machine, kitchen supplies). The Double-Bed I used to sleep in is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to put all your clothes. Everything clean an comfortable. The furniture is new and stylish. I liked that a lot. Good neighbourhood. Any place of interest can be reached by foot. Shops and restaurants are around the corner. Parking location (garage) 2 min away. The care is perfect, too. I had a warm welcome and felt at home all the time. I have to come back next year. Was too nice! I highly recommend this place.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We have just had 8 days staying in Ana’s apartment in Cadiz. Cadiz itself has got everything – we absolutely loved it and find it hard to understand why there isn’t more made of it. Perhaps it is because there is no airport nearby, but it remains true to its history and culture, charming, and very “Spanish” – full of friendly, lovely people; great food, great beaches; much in the way of artistic and cultural interest, with interesting places to visit within easy reach. It is a total delight. Moreover, we couldn’t think of a better place to have had as a base to explore all of this than Ana’s delightful flat: beautifully designed, comfortable, clean, well-equipped and in an ideal location: close to the sea but in the heart of the old town. We found Ana’s recommendations also really helpful and found ourselves ticking off our sojourns against her list. We had a truly wonderful week and have been recommending it to all our friends. The place to stay in Cadiz

First of all, let me say that communicating with Ana was simple and straightforward, she would reply to any question within hours. I only stayed for 4 nights because my main holiday was in another part of Spain, however Ana's apartment is the sort of place anyone would be happy to stay. The area-in the old town-holds so many surprises, you really do have to walk around a few corners to find hidden plazas that are a delight, as well as a number of decent restaurants, as well as some genuinely amazing tapas bars, my favourite on C/Buenos Aires was La Paloma, wonderful home cooked tapas with little twists, and the prices were amongst the most competative I have seen-and the owner is a fellow Barca fan too! The flat itself probably reflects the owner, it is a comfortable, classy, and well furnished property, there is nothing I can think of that was left to be desired. I have stayed in literally dozens of holiday lets in Spain, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most comfortable I have holidayed in. If this was my own apartment I would be extremely proud of it!

Perfect Location - Real Spain

I brought my wife and girls (ages 16 and 12) for a long weekend in May and everything was perfect. The apartment is brand new and right in the heart of the best part of the old town. Cadiz was always a great place and almost completely off the usual tourist routes (I studied there one summer about 100 years ago). But it is so much better now. You can see there has been lots of investment in infrastructures and in giving the grand old homes a facelift, but the town still has all its authentic flavour. This is the real Spain. Very low-key and all about people enjoying themselves with family and friends. Everyone was very friendly with us. We had thought this would be our base to visit all the other interesting places in the area (Jerez, Sanlucar, Tarifa,). And we did some of that, but we were so happy just walking around Cadiz, visiting some of the cultural sights and enjoying the streets, the plazas, the beaches, and, of course, the tapas bars. The food was amazing and not expensive (except for some of the special shellfish that we couldn't resist). We can all highly recommend this new, lovely apartment for anyone looking to see inside the real Spain.

Apartment is excellent for visiting Cadiz

First, a huge thanks to Ana who was extremely flexible with our arrival and departure times, and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and restaurants. These were really appreciated and helped us get the most from our stay in Cadiz. For us the apartment was in the perfect location, not in the middle of busy tourist areas, but close enough to walk to many places. Also, enjoyed using the local stores, bakers, restaurants, cafes and gardens in the immediate area. The apartment is modern, well maintained, and has everything you need during your stay. Additional things such a one set of beach towels, and some essential food items for when you arrive show how helpful Ana is. We found the free 2 hour walking tour from PanchoTours an excellent way to familiarise yourself with Cadiz, we did it on our first morning and learned so much about Cadiz and its history, the layout of the old town, and useful practical information. Don't be worried about 2 hours and walking, there are may places covered within the compact old town so its not physically demanding. We stayed 4 nights in Cadiz and on reflection with an extra night or two we could have done day trips and explored further outside of Cadiz. We highly recommend Ana's apartment for a really enjoyable visit to Cadiz.

Outstanding!

What a find! The word exquisite does not quite do justice to this apartment. It is absolutely brilliant. First the location, in a quiet side street, but within 100 metres of the boulevard which borders the bay of Cadiz. For those with a car the access is a little tricky, but once our car was safely tucked away in the basement garage, we walked and used public transport. In Cadiz a car is more of a liability than an asset. The apartment itself is in a building which has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The interior of the apartment is bright and airy, and decorated very tastefully. It is furnished very simply but very well, and the beds are first class. Every item of equipment that you could possibly need was provided, and everything was in immaculate order. Ana, the owner, gave us some great tips for things to do in Cadiz, including a visit to the Taverna La Cava, some 5 minutes away on foot, where we watched a really good flamenco show. Ana responded promptly and helpfully to our various queries. On our arrival and on our departure we were looked after, in a most courteous and helpful manner, by Alexandra and Antonio, who take care of the apartment on a day to day basis. Thank you all. This was a great experience, and one we would heartily commend to anyone planning to stay in Cadiz.

Estuvimos este año en carnavales y nos alojamos aquí, nos encantó la casa, es moderna, acogedora, con muy buena ubicación, esta céntrica y frente al mar. Ana y Alejandra son un encanto, tuvieron el detalle de traernos el desayuno la primera mañana que estuvimos allí. Sin duda recomendaría este apartamento a cualquiera que este interesado en alojarse y si volvemos a Cádiz me volvería a quedar sin duda en esta casa. Míriam.

Estancia de muy buena factura... very good

Una estancia de muy buena factura 5 días en un apartamento muy bien situado en zona casco histórico de Cadiz y cerca de maravillosos paseos cerca del mar y plazas interesantes da visitar. El piso muy bien entretenido muy funcional en zona tranquila, acceso al aparcamiento un poco dificultoso, pero muy útil, en una zona difícil de parque. Muchas gracias a Anna y Alejandra por todas las informaciones y respuestas dadas Aconsejo se sois interesados à este apartamento de alquilarlo... Saludos a todos. Gracias

Fantástica ubicación en el casco histórico y cerca de la playa la caleta

El piso está en una excelente ubicación en el centro del casco histórico, y muy cerca de la playa la caleta, el piso con todas las comodidades, muy limpio y silencioso, nos dejaron zumo, lecha café pan y mantequilla para desayunar todo buenísimo, si volvemos a Cadiz ya sabemos donde hospedarnos, encima con plaza de garaje

vacaciones en Cadiz

El apartamento es magnifico, muy bien situado ,frente al mar ,nuevo y sobre todo muy limpio .La climatizacion perfecta .Cadiz es una ciudad preciosa que se ha visto mucho mejor valorada por la calidad del apartamento que hemos utilizado.Es una casa para volver, y desde luego para recomendar a familiares y amigos.Agradecemos la amabilidad de la propietaria, y desde luego esperamos poder volver.Gracias

no se ajusta al precio que pagas

Nos dijo que nos recibirian y tardo bastante, tuvimos problemas con la calefaccion y el agua caliente, se desentendio la señora que estaba encargada de atender el apartamento y dejo la bolsa de basura del anterior inquilino en la puerta. A lo que al ponerlo en conocimiento a la dueña me ofrecia un 10% de dest. la proxima vez ¿eh? No merecio la pena por lo pagado.

I am a Spanish woman who has been living in the UK for the last 20 years. I decided it was time to find a new home in Spain - somewhere to escape to for my holidays, and eventually to settle down in. After spending a lot of time thinking about where I most wanted to be, I decided that Cadiz was the perfect city. Somewhere I could happily live full time. Near the sea, and with fantastic food, music, dance (I'm a Flamenco dancer) and culture.

I fell in love with this apartment the first time I saw it, and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it ! I think I was very lucky. It's in the best part of the city, and the renovated building and my apartment in particular is gorgeous.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views over the Alameda and the sea, the peace and quiet in the evenings, despite being right in the heart of one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the south of Spain. And to see the very best Flamenco shows, I have to walk only two minutes to El Baluarte de Candaleria. A fantastic restaurant only a minute away:
Balandro (really one of the very best on Cadiz), and my favourite bar (El Veedor ... check out the tortillas) is just a short stagger away.
