Disfrute de la hermosa arena blanca y las aguas brillantes esmeralda de la costa del golfo de su condominio frente a la playa! Este condominio 1,408 pies cuadrados es el plan de piso más grande de 2 dormitorios en el complejo de baja densidad. La sala de estar, así como el dormitorio principal, tienen acceso a la gran terraza parcialmente cubierta con vistas al golfo, playa y piscinas tropicales a pocos pasos. El balcón le invita al aire libre para leer, tomar el sol o cenar al aire libre. Servicio de playa incluido.

El baño principal cuenta con vanidades doble, bañera de hidromasaje, ducha independiente y walk-in closet. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y lavabos de acero inoxidable. Lavadero incluye lavadora automática y secadora.

El Crescent es uno de los alquileres más buscados en el área de Destin. La propiedad sólo tiene 68 unidades. I always stay at the Crescent. This unit is the best ! Great furnishings. Extremely clean. Love porcelain flooring throughout. The owners provide games, jigsaw puzzles, and a wide variety of novels for guests. I will definitely book this unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous condo. It was extremely clean and had beautiful views of the ocean and beach! The pool area wins hands down compared to others in the area! We also loved that the beach in front of the Crescent was not overly crowded compared to some nearby areas where there are high-rise condos. The location is good and close to shops and restaurants. We hope to come back!

A beautiful 2 bedroom condo at a gorgeous resort 30 seconds to the sand. The resort probably has the nicest and largest pool in the area. It also has a gated parking lot and a workout room. You also get a beach umbrella and 2 chairs with the room. All within walking distance to restaurants, retail and grocery stores.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location

The condo has been updated, tastefully decorated and is very clean. This location is perfect for a beach stay. From the deck area, there is a wonderful full view of the beach. The property is steps from the beach and a short drive (or walk) to many restaurants and stores. The host is quick to answer any questions you may have as well. A great week at the beach!

If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this is not the unit for you. Description says this is a No Smoking unit, but I feel fairly confident that this was a smoking unit at some point in the past. Condo has been renovated, but any attempts to remove the residual cigarette odor were not successful. I noticed it immediately upon arrival. I could not spend any time in the unit (except to sleep, which was difficult). We have rented several units at the Crescent previously and have never had this issue. We will not be returning to this unit.

Wonderful Property

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It is beautiful with an amazing view. Very clean and comfortable with easy access to the private beach, which never felt crowded. It is minutes from dining and shopping, including grocery stores, Chick-Fil-a and Starbucks right around the corner. Covered parking was definitely a plus and we felt very safe staying here. We enjoyed every moment!

Winter at the Beach

I am a sand and sun person and this time of year was a pleasant surprise. We loved it. Quiet peaceful and beautiful with warm days. No crowds but there are a few closings but plenty to do and many places to eat and no wait or reservations. Hopefully I will get to go back this time of year again.

We had a wonderful week staying at your property! We have stayed several places in Miramar including other units at the Crescent and yours is by far our favorite! The condo is fully stocked with everything you need including things you may have forgotten you needed! The pool and beach access was amazing and the entire stay was flawless. This unit is immaculately maintained by the owners, Crescent staff and a local individual who takes care of deep cleaning after each guest.

The building is crescent shaped with the lower number units being closest to the beach. All units in the building have a fantastic view of the ocean but this unit is on the end closest to the beach and the stairs down to the beach.
