Nuestra casa está ubicada en Terra Verde Resort, una comunidad privada ganadora de Premio Premiado, a sólo 10 minutos al Este de Disney ya 20 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Orlando. Perfect for Family

We had a great stay. There were 14 of us ( 8 adults and 6 children ) The house accommodated us comfortably and we especially loved the 4 Master suites.

Centrally located

Good location to travel to both coasts. Great to have a bathroom in each bedroom when travelling with couples. The outdoor furniture is getting tired and should be replaced. The garage/play room gets very warm. Our trip with 4 couples was overall a good experience.

Decent stay

The house was plenty large enough to fit all of us. The girls owner was great at getting back to us when we had some issues needing to be resolved. However the beds were the worst beds ever and the house was pretty dirty upon our arrival.

Best Stay

This house was amazing, if you are traveling with your family and you want each person to have there own privacy this is the house. There were (6) bedrooms and (4) of them had there own bathroom inside the room. The other (2) were for kids with twin beds and they had a restroom to share as well as one downstairs. We would stay here again and the host May was amazing. She was very responsive and the location was close to everything.

Spacious house great for group of couples.

As a party of 7 adults just looking for a warm getaway, we needed 4 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are located in the four corners of the house, so they provide a quiet resting place from the group. There are lots of spaces for smaller groups. The family room off the kitchen for watching the game, the dining room table for cards, the living room to chat and of course sitting around the pool. We liked the clubhouse with the pool, tiki bar, lounge area and the sauna was great in December. The location was good for us. We found the kitchen utensils and cutlery in short supply.

Family vacation

The house was nice but needs updating. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replacing. A broken chair and some very dirty chaise lounges. The outside space needed to be cleaned there was potato chips and a cigar butt that were on the ground- perhaps it hadn’t been swept. 2 of the nights we were there our neighbors were very loud after 10 pm, when I called to complain I was told there was only one person at the front gate and they couldn’t leave, best to just call the police.

Lack of complete details for the home. . .

Below is a portion of the exit email I sent to the home owner. Had I known the bugs in the entire home would have been that bad I would NOT have rented it. The home was tidy upon arrival, however it was not clean. We spent about $100 in cleaning supplies BEFORE we could even bring in luggage. Apparently the cleaning crew ran out of time completing their chores as indicated by an email from the owner. Not being able to ALL leave the house together at once was a huge problem, the door lock was broken from securing from the outside. When someone is on vacation and has paid the amount of money I did, I would rather NOT spend time contacting a management company to attend to the property needs of the owner. Portion of email sent to home owner: A few things you should know: your shower in the room top of the stairs on the right doesnt drain, water stands in the tub. The room upstairs (master suite), the boxspring to the bed is broken. Your dryer needs attendance it doesnt dry well unless multiple starts. The refrigerator doesnt seal well. And your key lock is broken from being able to secure your home. As you already know the ants were a significant problem and hard to control as they were all over the home. Wonderful Stay

We love this property. As we were just four people, the house felt even bigger and more equipped than it is. We were impressed with the layout of the rooms and the accessories. Everything in the right measure, with a personal touch of good taste. Congratulations. We had a short, but great stay. We'll definitely be back soon.

Great stay

The house was very clean when we got there. The lock was easy to use. The home was very spacious for our family of eleven, we had plenty of beds and bathrooms. Plenty of towels not only for bathrooms but for pool as well. Also there was additional bedding if needed. Well furnished kitchen with dishes as well as appliances. Internet was great as well as well as TV provider. Short stroll to the clubhouse where additional pool, hot tub, playground and cabana located. Felt safe in the gated community, grounds were very well kept. Owner was quick to respond to texts for additional questions. Great stay and close distance to the theme parks as well as shopping and restaurants. Overall great stay for our family.

Comfortable property

We are 3 generations of the same family and we found the house both spacious and comfortable,. The children loved the pool and we had several barbecues. The resort was both clean and felt safe. The facilities were much appreciated especially the Tiki bar, pool and gym. We also found the owner extremely helpful. We had a couple of issues and these were dealt with immediately. Everyone with ages from 4 to 76 had a great time and would have no hesitation in returning.

Beautiful Home

The property is beautiful. Unfortunately the week we visited was a super cold so we couldn't enjoy the pool and hot tub. The king bed on the upper level was super noisy and made me apprehensive about sleeping at the head of the bed with my wife so I slept across the foot. Other than that it was great. Maybe the owner should invest in platform beds. They are easier to maintain. The owner was very responsible throughout the entire process from booking inquiries to actual stay.

The location was great. Close to just about everything we needed. However, it lacked in necessary items. There were no trash bags. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The description said hair dryers were provided and there were none in the whole house. Also we paid for the hot tub to be heated and the entire time the hot tub was no warmer than the pool itself.

The kitchen stove top requires attention to prevent injuries due to age and uneven and cooking on them are challenging. Rooms are spacious but recommend updating bathroom toilets and mattresses. Hot tub needs attention as well . Pool was hotter than hot tub

Well worth every cent a lovely property

The property was loving however we had toilet issues with 2 toilets and the property manager did not return our calls however opener replied to email and was onto it the next day. The lighting in some rooms didn’t work one of the beds seemed broken and made terrible noises every time you moved. The kitchen had a few draws damaged and a few were damaged in master bedroom overall a lovely home
