Stunning farmhouse in the beautiful area surrounding ​​Cefalù, an oasis nestled in the countryside of one of the most visited towns in Sicily.



A park where you can walk among magnificent almond trees, a tennis court (at an extra cost), 5 bedrooms and many internal and external areas, where the pool area is certainly the most beautiful part of the house, overlooking the gulf of Cefalù and enjoying a spectacular view, enhanced by breathtaking sunsets and the wonderful portrait of 5 Aeolian islands!

The farmhouse is spread over two levels: on the first you will find 2 living areas, kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom (double or twin according to our guests’ needs) and a bathroom; on the second level, but with three different entrances, the other 4 bedrooms, of which 2 twins each with private bathroom, one double with external bathroom, a suite-loft with reading area and views of the swimming pool.

Outside, a dining area belonging to the dining room and kitchen, fresh and shaded by beautiful almond trees, swimming pool area with chaise longue, various seats and a covered gazebo, and lastly many corners where to relax following the rotation of the sun around the house during the day.

The wonderful city of Cefalù offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is known for the Norman Cathedral, a XII century fortress-built like structure with elaborate Byzantine mosaic and tall twin towers, nearby the Museo Mandralisca that offers archaeological exhibitions. For an excursion with a sea view, do not miss the Rocca di Cefalù, also known as “U Castieddu” by the locals, a beautiful fortress whose top houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù comes with marvelous crystal clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where to breathe clear air.
