Ayia Napa Villa Danae is a beautiful property with large overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Ayia Napa just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa is situated in a quiet area.

Within 10 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarket, parks and shops. Nissi Beach is about 15mins walk or 3 minutes’ drive.

The ground floor features an open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There are also 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded.

On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and one baby crib as well as a kitchenette with a second living room and a bathroom.

Villa Danae offers a superb outdoor space with a mature garden, large pool, BBQ area and plenty of sittng space. Next to the pool, there is an extra room with its own bathroom and two sofabeds that can be used as an additional bedroom or for taking some rest during the day. The pool offers a fence for child safety that can be removed if reuired.

Villa Danae is fully air-conditioned, has free high-speed Wi-Fi internet and Satellite TV.
