New Apartment with one room in Piazza Brescia

Brand new, Central and close to the Beach.

This apartment with one room, completely renovated in 2019 and tastefully furnished, can sleep up to 4 people and is the ideal solution for a wonderful family holiday by the sea.

The new apartment Luciana N. 2 is on the ground floor of Casa De Lazzari, in the central Piazza Brescia, close to the pedestrian area and about 150 metres from the beach at Jesolo.

It has a floor area of around 30 square metres and consists of:
- living area with kitchenette and sofa-bed for one person;
- bedroom with double bed and single bed;
- bathroom with large shower.

It can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people.

The new Luciana N. 2 Holiday Home is equipped with a washing machine, TV and independent air conditioning. A numbered parking space is also provided.

Travel baby cot and high chair available on request, free of charges.

The price includes:
- gas, water and electricity consumption;
- end-of-stay cleaning;
- one parking spot;

In order to reduce waste and respect nature, the air conditioning is not included and costs Euro 0,50 per kW/h.

PLEASE NOTE: beach service not included.It can be booked separately, with an extra cost, and it is subject to availability.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen not included
Tourist tax not included.

According to our booking terms and conditions, groups of young people are not allowed to rent the apartments. If at the check-in a group of young people will arrive, without a special authorization from our agency, we will be forced to cancel the booking without any refund.
