This little gem has recently underwent a full refurbishment, Only short walk from Sheffield centre, university, Sheffield Hallam hospital and local restaurants, bars, Peak District is 15 mins drive distance! Free parking!!
This property comprises of 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate dining room and living room. The separate dining room is bonus, with a 4 seat dining table, you can enjoy a Sunday lunch with your family or friends peacefully.
On the first floor there is kitchen, dining room and living room(There is also a sofa bed in the living room in case you need them)
On the top floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with one double bed plus one single beds. and 1 shower room with toilet.
Please help yourself to tea and coffee in the kitchen. We have a microwave and toast available too.
We have high speed WIFI and Smart Tv with free Netflix. Free on street parking is available on Brocco street and Solly street. both are 5 mins walk away.
