Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the second floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with stereo, crib, wifi, television, washing machine, and air conditioning. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Wunderschöne Tage in Syrakusa

Wir sind sehr freundlich und mit vielen wertvollen Tipps von Stephanie empfangen worden Herzlichen Dank auch noch einmal für den frühen check in. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Sie liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Auch das Abreisen war sehr unkompliziert. Stephanie hat uns ein Taxi organisiert, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Der Fahrer war super pünktlich und sehr günstig. Wir haben wunderschöne Tage mit unvergesslichen Eindrücken in Syrakusa erlebt. Gerne kommen wir wieder .

Perfect location - light, space, comfort and peace

From the warmth of Stephanie’s welcome to the ease of our departure, this was a first-class experience throughout. The apartment is spacious and comfortable; and is better equipped than most. Everything is clean and well cared for and there’s some cool art on the wall! The roof terrace is ideal and not overlooked – and you can see the sea! Having stayed just outside the historic city before, what is most striking here is how quiet it is, despite being so well-placed for everything. There’s nothing here to get in the way of a proper break. First tip – follow Stephanie’s suggestions, particularly on places to eat. Second tip – be very wary of TripAdvisor, particularly on places to eat. We loved Retroscena and finding Timilia rewarded the search with a very vibrant and stylish pizza stop. Our favourite from our last visit, Le Vin De L’Assassin, never disappoints if you fancy something a little more French in style. Almost literally on the doorstep, we enjoyed Cala Piada, great for lunchtime salads, flat breads, and wonderful homemade brownies. For breakfast and snacks, we enjoyed the Viola Bakery, just beside Piazza Minerva. A highlight of our visit was a private tour with Carmelo of Montalbano country and sights from the series, all of which was organised by Stephanie, who even helped restructure it midway through when some sights were affected by a local strike. A wonderful day, the only way to see so much, and against every alternative, very good value. We’d recommend A Rusticana in Ragusa Ibla for lunch. Our watch out – if you see four red waist-coated chaps holding an accordion, some tambourines, but no notes in tune, move along quickly. Ortigia is a beautiful place to spend time and explore. The Castle’s worth visiting and the central piazza just beautiful. This apartment makes the perfect base.

A wonderful stay!

This is a great apartment with handy terraces, a beach within metres and two spacious bedrooms. Although a central location, close to everything, its the quieter end of this tiny island so no late night noises to disturb your sleep. The kitchen may be small but its very well equipped. Thanks to Stephanie we didn't need to cook much as she recommended excellent choices of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. She was the most professional concierge we had ever met in many years of travelling, as well as being very pleasant and friendly. The one drawback to the apartment would be if you have heavy luggage or a disability as there is no lift. A brilliant find.

Lovely place to stay

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Stephanie was there to welcome us and explain all about the apartment. She was also very helpful in recommending restaurants, which were excellent. She also arranged a whole day tour of the area with Gabriello who was a fabulous guide, very knowledgeable and good company. She also arranged a taxi to get us back to Catania airport.

Spacious and well appointed apartment in a great location

We had a delightful 5-day stay in this beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean apartment in a quiet but central location in Ortigia. The rooms (except for the tiny but well-equipped kitchen) are large and the apartment is bright and thoughtfully furnished for guests. Stephanie (who is fluent in English, French and Italian) met us at the apartment and gave us a great overview of the things to see and do in Ortigia and Syracuse, including several restaurant recommendations, all of which we tried and all of which turned out to be fabulous. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone else visiting this city. The rooftop terrace gives a spectacular view over the rooftops of Ortigia,and the tiny balcony off the kitchen is a great place for morning coffee. The bed was comfortable, there is good air conditioning and heating, and the wifi signal is reliable. Thank you, Stephanie, for a great introduction to Sicily!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé 2 semaines fabuleuses, l'appartement est très agréable, propre et spacieux. La terrasse du dessus offre une magnifique vue sur les toits et la mer. Très bien situé pour découvrir ortigia (où il fait bon vivre) et toute la partie est de la Sicile. Très bien accueillis par Stéfanie, qui nous a donné de bons conseils (notamment des petits restaurants de qualité et peu touristiques). La petite plage de galets à 2 pas de l'appartement permet de profiter de la mer sans avoir à utiliser la voiture. Une mention spécial au petit restaurant "Cala piada" du bout de la rue, propriétaires adorables et piade délicieuses. Nous espérons revenir !

Superbe appartement, lumineux et confortable, très bien conçu, décoration soignée. Chambres très spacieuses et climatisées, avec balcons sur rue qui permettent de "vivre" l'ambiance de la rue (calme) Salles de bain impeccables, grande terrasse avec vue sublime, ... Accueil parfait de Stéphanie qui connaît Ortigia et les environs comme sa poche, très professionnelle et agréable Plage de galets, boutiques, cafés à deux pas la dolce vita... Stylist Spacious Apartment

The location is at the quieter end of the island but still easy walking distance to bars, restaurants etc. This lovely apartment is as shown on the photos; the décor has a personal touch that sets it apart from many soulless holiday apartments. The beds are really comfortable. The small heaters are very efficient and make the apartment comfortable in the evening out of season. Though the kitchen is small, it is well equipped and I was able to whip up a few salads, pasta and rice dishes using the delicious produce from the daily local market. The roof terrace is wonderful and was used by us very day. The DVD player is also a useful edition as many apartments do not seem to have DVDs as standard. Stephanie provided us with a friendly helpful welcome to the apartment. There was a small issue regarding a door lock as we arrived, but Stephanie dealt with it quickly and efficiently whilst we enjoyed a coffee (gratis) in the sun at the nearby café. I will highly recommend the apartment to family and friends.

Brilliant location on Ortigia

Perfect quiet spot halfway between the cathedral and the fort on the tip of the Island. We stayed for a week before moving to a different part of Sicily. Stephanie showed us in and suggested a number of great places to eat and drink. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, beautifully finished and well equipped. Even the beds were comfortable! Although if I wanted to criticise the kitchen was small so it was not ideal if you wanted to visit the market to buy some fresh produce to cook. The roof terrace overlooking the sea was very much enjoyed by my teenaged daughters and wife.

Fantastic location, excellent WIFI connection

We stayed for 1 week. Excellent location just a few metres from small beach with swim access. Also a few metres from a great little piada shop where you can have breakfast, lunch and an evening drink as well as many great restaurants. For me this location was perfect as it was not in main tourist trap but still very central. Balcony on an evening with cool breeze overlooking the sea was beautiful. Apartment spacious, very well equipped, air con and the WIFI signal was very good. All in all a great place. Would recommend.

splendid holiday

We stayed at this lovely very bright and comfortable flat for 8 nights and did not wish to leave! the apartment is spacious and allowed my husband and I to enjoy our own private spaces, the decoration is refined and personalised, the general atmosphere makes you feel as if you were at friend's home, thank you so much for having taken care of us, all the tips and recommendations that the owner so kindly gave us were highly appreciated.

Lovely old town apartment

We stayed 10 days in this apartment. the apartment is much more beautiful that the photos indicate: it is particularly bright, spacious and tastefully furnished. the kitchen area is small but well equipped. we spent a lot of time on the lovely terrace made set on 2 levels, reading or having aperitif. We found it a perfect base to explore Siracusa and its surroundings. thanks for the warm welcome.
