Villa Frana is a traditional house, lovely restored to a rustic villa with a private pool. Located in a peaceful area, surrounded by olive trees, this villa is ideal for relaxing holidays. Villa Frana will thrill you with its bright interior decorated in a rustic style. It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two bedrooms located on the upper floor, each with a double bed and air conditioning. One bedroom also has an extra bed for one person. There are two interesting decorated bathrooms, one on the upper floor and the other on the ground floor, one with a shower and another with a bathtub.
There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal on the ground floor, with a dining area for six persons that opens up to the living room. The villa is located on a 1000 m2 large plot with a private pool, cozy sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your meals prepared on the BBQ.

Great family choice in Bajcici, Krk

Nice location in quiet small village that is a close drive to several beaches. Sveti Marak (sandy beach on the East) and Oprna Bay (scenic beach in the South) all within 30 min drive. A great grill restaurant (Konoba Oliva) 3 min-drive away. Jogging is possible with nearby forest trails. The facility is tastefully built and well-maintained, the pool, the garden barbecue house, as well as the children's playground are nice options. Impeccably clean, and the stone house is fresh and cool even in Summer. There is a safe in the house. As we prepaid we could drive directly to the house and meet the owner there, who constantly cleans, maintains and develops the house. All you need is there, highly recommended.

Exceptional family holiday home. 5 star stay!

Wow, this place can only be described as exceptional! Peace and tranquility and absolute luxury at Meri and her family’s property. The care and attention to detail they have put into renovating it is hard to put into words or show in the pictures. A must visit! The pool, outdoor areas including cooking and washing facilities are extremely well looked after and the outdoor shower is amazing! You feel completely at peace here and we spent hours each day and night in the outdoor areas. Inside the house is finished to a 5 star quality and her husband’s care and attention in renovating it is first class workmanship. The comfort offered in the beds and facilities in the bathrooms and kitchen are truly a home from home. There’s a small shop a 2 mins walk away for supplies and the access in and out of the place is great, a 2 car carport kept our vehicle cool to jump into in the evening when we wanted to drive the 10 minute run into Krk town. Meri was a delightful host and I want to say a big thank you for lettting us come and stay in your wonderful family home, we wish we stayed longer! Campbell, Lisa and Harrison 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇭🇷

Predivan odmor u prekrasno uređenoj kući s velikom okučnicom, puno zelenila i mira. Domaćini su vrlo ugodni, ljubazni te spremni pomoći u bilo u kojem trenutku. Kuća je opremljena svime što treba kao kod kuće. Bazen nas je oduševio i sigurno se vraćamo nagodinu😊

Es war sehr sauber, gabs alles was man gebraucht hat Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Trockner. Spülmaschine war sehr gut ausgestattet. Grill gabs auch und einen eigenen Parkplatz. Was will man mehr?😅

Major-league holiday!

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar van de woning. De villa ligt rustig gelegen, alle privacy. 7min rijden van dichtstbijzijnde strand Pinezići, een prachtige baai. De buitenruimte van de villa is echt een pluspunt, mooi zwembad, buitenkeuken en plek om te eten. De kinderen hadden alle ruimte om buiten te spelen. Om de hoek is een kleine supermarktje. Met de auto zijn grote supermarkten en restaurants ook goed aan te rijden. Villa Frana is een mooie plek!

Komfort i wygoda wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu.

To miejsce przeszło moje najśmielsze oczekiwania. Na żywo wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Dostaliśmy łóżeczko dla dziecka za co bardzo dzieckujemy. Właściciele przemili aż żal było wyjeżdżać. Napewno wrócimy do tego cudownego miejsca i domu.

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen, wir waren eine 4er Gruppe und sind alle vollsten zufrieden. Die Besitzer sind super nett und jeder Zeit erreichbar, das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, und sehr sehr sauber.

Beautiful house, very friendly owner

Sehr schöne saubere eingerichtete Villa und bestens ausgestattet, Handtücher, Klima, TV in allen Zimmern ,alle notwendigen Küchengeräte und utesilien um sich bestens zu versorgen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe wo man alles findet. Der Außenbereich hat eine große Essecke mit einen großen Giller,dann der schöne saubere große Pool mit gemütliche Liegen und Schirme. Auch an die ganz kleinen wurde gedacht, es gibt einen Spielturm mit Schaukeln und Rutsche. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich,und kam sogar vorbei um denn Pool zu reinigen ,damit wir es gemütlich haben. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig,also genau das was wir wollten. Strände findet man viele mit dem Auto ca 15min entfernt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit Familie, und ich würde wieder kommen und es auch weiterempfehlen an Freunden und Bekannten.
