Spacious 2-bedroom ground floor apartment with private garden.
You’ll have the entire space, no communal areas & flexible self check-in. In the apartment you wil find a fully equipped kitchen, including a Lavazza coffee machine. This apartment has a garden space, exclusively for you to enjoy during your stay.
FREE street side parking (permit provided). You will be located within a 15-20 mins walk to Cardiff city centre. You'll be staying right in the heart of the city, on the ground floor of a traditional Cardiff building.
Perfect for a comfortable and unique stay.....there is a large double bedroom with bay window at the front of the apartment, another double bedroom, spacious living room with dining area.
You will have fast WiFi and smart TV, along with a private outside space and garden. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
You'll be ideally located right in the city centre area and we'll be sure to give you some 'don't miss!' recommendations.....including our favourites Sticky Fingers - an indoor street food place with seating. The Ivy for some delicious food in a lovely setting & The Botanist for drink & food.
It's an ideal place to base yourself if you're in Cardiff for work or leisure. You'll be a 15 minute walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants of Cardiff city centre.
The city centre location brings all the convenience you would expect from staying in a major european city. You can expect some train noise from the rear of the property as there is a train-line nearby. Whilst not a busy street there is the normal city feel to the area.
Wales Principality Stadium (1.5 miles away), Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff Castle, St Davids shopping centre and all the excellent bars and restaurants that the city has to offer are in close proximity.

Our business is called Switchback Stays and we run several properties as self-contained apartments for visitors to the city. We also live in Cardiff (and have done for over 20 years) so know the city and the surrounding areas well.
Outside of giving our guests a top-quality stay and experience I have a background in sport, specifically tennis. I have been a tennis coach for over 20 years and as a junior player reached national level. My proudest achievement came in 2019 when I had the fantastic opportunity to represent Great Britain in the Seniors World Team Championships at Miami.

As soon as we saw this apartment we knew it would be perfect for our guests. It's a great location, on a quiet street but a short walk into the city centre.
It's spacious and underwent a full-scale refurbishment earlier this year. Our designer loved making the most of the space with contemporary furniture and some bespoke finishing touches.

It's all on the ground floor so easy access. There's a large garden space should you want to use it, the only apartment with access is yours. The large bedroom has a gorgeous bay window and high ceilings throughout add to the feeling of space.
There's a large smart TV, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals.....if you don't fancy cooking there is an abundance of takeaway options that will deliver to the address.
