The villa has two floors of 150 sq.m (1,615 sq.ft.) each (a total of 300 sq.m./3230 sq.ft.) and can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 luxurious bedrooms, plus one more person in the large living room sofa.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with warm atmosphere overlooking the private pool, the garden and the sea, a modern, fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing any kind of meal and dining area with a large dining table. At the same level you can also find an en suite bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a shared WC and a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble drier.

The first floor features 3 more, sound proof, en suite bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and the junior bedroom with 2 double beds which can be easily converted into a double bed.
