The property manager, Enzo, is a delightful human. Very kind and very considerate. The property is truly excellent. A perfectly sized home away from home. The local amenities are great. The area is quiet. Connection to local transport second to none.

This was a confortable appartement , 10 minutes from the subway where you can reach any locations in Naples insiste 20 minutes. Grocery stores ,meat market and fruit shop are nearby. Would recommand highly

Peaceful haven

I think even Neapolitans will admit that they live in an unusually noisy city, but this flat was a quiet oasis. It was comfortable and clean with a metro station and other amenities nearby, while Vincenzo was a helpful host.

A Nice Place to Stay

The property was lovely and we felt safe there. The location was not where we thought it to be however. It felt too far up the mountain from the main area in Napoli. We enjoyed our stay anyway! Vincenzo was very helpful and had taken the time to greet us and give us information and a tour of the property. He was always available to answer any questions we had as well.

Good location and great value!

We needed a "home base" for two weeks in Naples. This is because we wanted to travel as many day trips as possible to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Ischia, Sorrento, and then on the train to Calabria! Enzo is a very responsive and communicates in an immediate fashion, which we truly appreciated when we had a tiny bit of issue with the air conditioning unit. We also enjoyed staying in a true working-class neighborhood and meeting the local people who live in the neighborhood. :) Fabulous walk down the hill to the Metro; and then we had a "healthy" walk up the hill when returning! Thanks to you Enzo, for the check-in "treats" which was a lovely touch. We had everything we needed! We recommend if you want a true Italian area of Naples.

excellent option for Napoli

The owner, Vincenzo, adds great value to this B&B. He is immediately available to text. I asked him quite a few questions about local resources regarding food. His answers were thorough and most accurate. The property is in a good location, in an upscale neighborhood of 5-6 story apt buildings. 25 minute walk into the heart of the old city action. Kitchen is adequate to set up cooking. Stove, oven, refrigerator all work well. Plenty of comfortable seating around apt. Heat and lighting work well. Bed and linens are ok. Good towels. Building is private, with concierge service. I can fault nothing.

Our kind of place

This is the kind of place we like to stay in: outside the tourist hub in a quiet side street in a mixed residential/commercial area with nearby metro connection. We would certainly recommend it to our friends visiting Napoli. The apartment block exterior belies both the quality and the comfort of the apartment itself, which is very well appointed, Ikea-free and very recently modernised in decorative Neapolitan style. We were very glad that we elected to have Enzo pick us up at the airport and to take us to the apartment. It could be hard to find for a new arrival using public transport. It was also very nice to spend a few moments with Enzo who was an excellent host considerate host.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Neapel. Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal. Schneller Weg zum Bus oder zur Metro. Kommunikation mit Francesco war auch sehr gut.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in Neapel

Wir danken Vincenzo für seinen herzlichen Empfang und für seine große Hilfsbereitschaft! Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der schöne Balkon und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Eine Oase der Ruhe ist die Wohnung nicht, aber wir haben sie als Rückzugsort aus dem trubeligen Neapel sehr genossen. Mille grazie, Vincenzo!

Nice base for exploring Naples

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a comfortable apartment where everything functions well, but it also feels like a genuine lived-in home - which it was for Vincenzo's grandparents! We liked the elegant furniture and the many pictures of rural scenes painted by Enzo's grandfather. The apartment is on the first floor, so not too many steps to climb, and there is a small lift which is handy for shifting heavy cases. It's a good neighbourhood, not as posh as nearby Vomero, but not as 'lively' as the areas closer to the city centre. The metro is indeed about ten minutes' walk away: do buy your tickets at the tabacchi on the way down as the ticket machines at the station clearly haven't worked for some time. There are plenty of little shops in the area plus a big Carrefour about fifteen minutes' walk away which saved us on a Sunday night when everything else was closed. Enzo is a super chap - reliable, charming and good-humoured. We would certainly stay here again.

9 Tage in Neapel

Dass wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben, war in jeder Beziehung das Richtige: Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist an alles gedacht, vor allem auch in der Küche, die wir allerdings so gut wie nicht genutzt haben. Für Deutsche fehlt allenfalls eine Kaffemaschine für Filterkaffee. Frühstücken wie die Italiener kann man aber gut in zwei nahegelegenen Bars. (Eintauchen in den italienischen Alltag!) Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Metro. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Überraschend ruhige Lage. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit Vincenzo bereits im Vorfeld. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch ihn, sowie sehr gute und hilfreiche Einweisung. Die Beschreibung im Netz entspricht dem Objekt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich. Grazie mille, Enzo.

Hermoso lugar bastante accesible!

El lugar está impecable, lleno de detalles, limpio, tiene todo lo que necesitas para tener una estancia agradable. Vicenzo te brinda una introducción a los alrededores, cuenta con mapas de los lugares más representativos y cómo llegar a ellos, es súper accesible si quieres usar el transporte público, el cual recomiendo, es barato y bastante fácil de usar. Vicenzo se adapta a tu idioma y te ayuda en todo momento si es que llegarás a necesitarlo. Súper recomendable, muchas gracias por todo!

Impeccably presented apartment only 3 Metro stations from Centro

On arriving at Casa Mia we were warmly welcomed by Enzo to give us the necessary information about his clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. There is a cheery concierge who helped out when we overloaded the power and had a smile and ciao whenever we passed. All the utensils that you may need for food preparation are in the unit and mini markets etc available nearby. Only negative is lack of restaurants nearby if you didn't self cater. We recommend the apartment fully.

Such a charming apartment for a Napoli stay!

We stayed for 4 nights at Enzo's lovely apartment, and would have loved to have stayed longer. Of the 3 apartments we rented in Italy, and all were exceptional, this was our favourite. Enzo was a thoughtful host, proving us with a "welcome basket", brochures on local sites of interest, information on the neighbourhood, metro and busses, and where to find the best pizza. He has anticipated his guests' every need. This bright, airy apartment is exactly as it is seen in the photos, and is exceptionally well equipped. It is within a short walk of a metro system, allowing easy access to all of Naples and the region. We enjoy walking, and so easily made our way on foot to the historic sections of the city. We so appreciated Enzo's warmth and charm, and would highly recommend staying in this beautiful, well appointed apartment.

Very , very good, spacious and tidy apartment

Good afternoon, Enzo, after having arrived back home without any problems I now want to thank you for the wonderful stay in Napels. Rita, Raquel and I are very greatful having found and rent your apartment . We were very pleased to live there for 10 days as it is tastefully furnished and well-equipped too. We were very happy. Even more as it is situated only a short distance from the centro stoico thus giving us the opportunity to visit all the important churces, cloisters and catacombs, Pompei and Heraculaneum , the Vesuv and the Amalfi-coast. Besides we tasted the napoltanian Marguerita- pizza , the sweet bakery , baba etc. We loved it all. We met nice people as you Enzo and for all this we definitely will always remember our stay in Napels. Thanks again and ciao ! Michael

Spacious and clean

This is an excellent place for a young family or senior citizens. We found the apartment very clean and were given good instructions on the use of apartment etc. There was also plenty of material to help in finding places to visit etc. The snacks and bottle of wine were a nice gesture. I have nothing negative to say about the apartment or Enzo. He is and was the best communicator in our weeks of travel in Italy. To top it off I sent an email to him asking if a "lost" item had been found in the apartment that we couldn't locate. He said yes, that the maid had found the item in the closet. He than went to the postal to find the cost of mailing it to the USA, and two days later it is only a few hundred miles from us! That is what you call service. Can't say thank you enough!!! It ended up that we had left THREE clothing items in the closet. Highly recommend this rental.. Sandra/Ken

Excellents séjours à Naple.

Avons séjourné à 2 reprises chez Vincenzo. Accueil très chaleureux. Renseignements clairs et complets: transports, commerces, sites etc.. Très facile de se rendre au centre ville. Appartement très propre qui correspond à la description sur Homeaway. Équipement adéquat. Grande disponibilité de Vincenzo à nous aider, à répondre à nos demandes. Commerces et habitants du quartier accueillants et gentils. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
