Fans are rusting and don't run on high speed, with blades flopped down. Outlets in master bedroom faulty/broken. Master shower looks like its had a leak at the shower head, looks to be the start of mold growing. Ac took way too long to cool down. Entire upstairs was hot the whole weekend while down stairs was cold. Would stay again, hopefully with a few updates by the time we go back! But otherwise clean unit, great location, great pool, decent parking lot size!

The property is at a good location. The condo is a bit old but it was generally alright. We did have concerns with stained bedsheets and towels, and a bath tub/shower that wouldn't drain. We got these addressed with the property manager.

The rental was perfect! It was walking distance to beach and had 2 balconies. One viewing the pool and the other the beach. The condo was clean and quiet. It was a packed weekend and we didn’t hear any noise from units or pool. Location was great to get around the island. Will use them again!

Great as always but a few hiccups

However only having a few units that are dog friendly is causing some issues. We apparently can't get a unit with a washer and dryer anymore (even though it was pictures for #236) and half the plugs on living room and kitchen walls were dead. The hose for vehicle wash was broken the entire week, even though I turned it in multiple times. Golf Carts were not parked in designated spaces on rocks and never enforced.
