Nueva Shoreside Cottage! ¡Traiga su kajak!

Esta hermosa casa frente al mar nuevo está disponible para alquileres estacionales. Ha sido construido para abrazar las hermosas vistas de Southwest Harbor y las islas exteriores. Despierte cada mañana a los amaneceres sensacionales y tome su café hacia fuera para gozar de la escena en el glassed en la cubierta de la segunda historia.
Ver las mareas vienen y vaya a la derecha de su cómodamente equipado rey dormitorio principal con TV de pantalla plana / DVD. Esta casa cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios, cuarto de baño doble vanidad, y lavandería en el primer piso. El segundo dormitorio es una "sala de literas" muy grande con 3 camas dobles, TV de pantalla plana / DVD y un sistema de juegos de Xbox. El segundo piso está abierto con un techo con vigas y 3 grandes ventiladores de techo, grandes ventanas con vistas al puerto, y una hermosa cubierta de vidrio con sillas adirondack syle. La cocina de pizarra Monson también está en el segundo piso e incluye un lavavajillas. Un medio baño también está en el segundo piso para facilitar el entretenimiento. Esta casa está muy bien equipada con productos locales de Maine, y muebles muy cómodos. Hemos incluido muchos libros, guías de viaje, juegos y DVD para hacer su estancia más cómoda. El césped es bonito y grande y va hasta el océano con grandes rocas para sentarse y ver las idas y venidas de las aves locales y los aspectos marinos del puerto. We enjoyed the house and location very much. It was an excellent property!

Excellent Experience

House was very clean and well provisioned. Comfortable beds and the view was great. 20 to 30 minutes to the Acadia park and nearby town had enough nice places to eat and good grocery store. We really enjoyed our visit!

What a lovely place. The kids were able to run down to the shore and throw rocks and explore. It was close to Acadia and other little day trips like the Cranberry Isles or deer isle. Christie thought of everything we would need. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the views were amazing.

Beautiful and comfortable home! Amazing harbor and sunrise views from master bedroom on the first floor and the living space on the second floor. Within walking distance of a couple restaurants. Quaint shops about 3 mins drive away. Great location to explore Acadia National Park on west and east side of Mount Dessert Island. The host (Christine) was wonderful and responded quickly to our concerns. A terrific place, especially in October!

Great getaway

The cottage is perfect for an Acadia, sw and Bar Harbor vacation! House is so comfortable and the deck view of SW Harbor are amazing. Local shops and restaurants are just great. Island Cruises is a must to see it from the water along with incredible wildlife viewing. This was a perfect getaway for our family!

The house is very roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. Lovely view of the water although is was foggy a lot of the time we were there. Hope to go back.

Amazing Stay!

This is an awesome place to stay if visiting southwest harbor! It is out of the hustle and bustle of bar harbor, but only a short drive to hikes, Acadia, and the bar harbor town as well. It’s so nice to wake up and be able to enjoy the water views and sun rising of the water on the patio. We really enjoyed the stay and the host made it easy and great! A wonderful stay

The property and view are amazing. Exactly as listed and clean. I would still be there if I didn’t have to go back home. Words can’t describe how great waking up to harbor with the sunrise every morning actually is until you see it. Can’t thank the owner enough for providing such a great location.

Charming Cottage - Anniversary Retreat

Acadia has so much to offer and this home brings just as much with the updated living, amazing sunrises from your bed, beach access, and more. Having town in walking distance was a great bonus to walk over for breakfast or later in the evening for drinks. Our host was great with easy communication and clear instructions for check in and out! The only improvement suggestion is a coat hanger or rack when you walk in the home :)

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!

The house was gorgeous!! It was very clean,decorated beautifully,and the amenities were over the top! It was supplied with everything you would need and more. Christie was very helpful with any of our needs. We absolutely loved this house !! The view of the bay with all the boats was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go north again. Everything was perfect in every way!!!!

Great little-big cottage!

Loved the craftsmanship of the cottage and the views were beautiful. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and huge bathroom would maybe add some towel rings for hand towels in main bath. Loved Southwest Harbor and location was walkable to downtown and many restaurants. 20ish min drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Christie was awesome and even got lobster cooked to delivered to our place. Thanks for the stay in your beautiful cottage would love to come back!

The Lupine Cottage was lovely, right on the water, and in a fabulous location. The quiet side of Mount Desert Island is fantastic, particularly Southwest Harbor. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderful stay

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay in this house while visiting Acadia National Park! It is very updated, very clean and super well stocked. The weather was not ideal during our stay, but we still enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the harbor in the rain and fog, very relaxing. Very close to the village of SWH, a grocery store and a few nice restaurants. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Highly recommend.

WHAT A GEM!

We had an excellent vacation in this quiet and relaxing VRBO! The view from the master bedroom is fabulous and from the upper deck as well! The owner is easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything necessary for our stay! It has all the comforts of home and such unique and beautiful accessories throughout the entire house. It’s tucked back from all the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return one day soon!!

Another great stay!

This is our 4th year staying at this property in Southwest Harbor and as always, it was clean, comfortable and a great home away from home on vacation. Christie really keeps the house and amenities nicely updated, and this year we especially enjoyed the fire pit and the grilling area. The view from the house is amazing, and the walkable location to downtown is so convenient. This year, we also had friends stay at the cottage on the property and everyone had a great time. 5 stars are not enough for this property!

Wonderful!

We loved this rental! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. We could walk to town and catch the shuttle to the rest of the park. So nice to be on the quiet side. Christine was an excellent and communicative host. She made everything so easy so all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. Thank you so much for a terrific stay!

Our family has been summering in Southwest Harbor for over 30 years now, we just love it here! It's my pleasure to provide newcomers with clean, comfortable & convenient homes to explore Mt. Dessert Island and Acadia National Park. We are local business owners and offer seven properties adjacent to our marina right here in the village of SWH. Just give me a shout, I'm always happy to find the best housing and offer suggestions for activities!

This house is super cool! It's a bit of an upside down house, the kitchen and living areas are upstairs in order to better optimize the fabulous views including a glassed in deck. The house offers two large, comfortable bedrooms... one master overlooking the harbor with a king-sized bed and a bunk room in the back with three double size beds for the rest of the group. This house is our made in Maine house with local woods and slate kitchen. Very bright and fresh for those preferring open concept homes.
