The lakefront pool is extremely attractive and open from May through September (CLOSED AND COVERED WITH A TARPAULIN FROM OCTOBER THROUGH MAY!)
The pool is shared with 7 other apartments.
The historic center is a 10-minute walk away
Aquaria Wellness Spa is a 15-minute walk away
For trash: organic and non-organic waste requires a token, which will be provided at check-in.
Tourist tax: €2.80 per person over 14 years of age per day, to be paid in cash on the day of check-in. The maximum charge is for 7 days.
The following amenities are available to you:
- 2 sun loungers (maximum of 2 per building regulations)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, moka pot
- Air conditioning in all rooms
- Private small terrace with a table for 5 people
- Shared terrace with other guests, featuring a large table and chairs. If it’s free, it’s yours! ;)
- Shower on the terrace with sunbathing area.
- 1 private underground parking space; if you have 2 cars, 1 outdoor space is available (but not guaranteed)
- Prohibitions: It is forbidden to bring any glass objects (glasses, bottles, etc.—as per the rules) into the pool and garden area. - It is forbidden to run through the Residence, whether on foot or by bicycle.
- It is forbidden to make disruptive noise after 10:00 p.m.
- Diving into the pool is prohibited, and children under 3 years of age must wear a swim diaper
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged in the garage

The location is superb; you’ll be amazed by the view from the Residence’s east-facing rooftop terrace.

You are strongly urged to respect the other guests at the Residence and to
avoid making noise or causing disturbances in the common areas as well as in private areas.
Please read the Residence Rules carefully and follow the guidelines for the common areas and, above all, the pool area.

Eating and drinking (from glass containers) are prohibited in the pool area.
The lounge chairs (2 per apartment) must be returned to their designated spots after use. Use of the rooftop terrace (east side) is permitted until 10:00 PM, and you are required to leave it exactly as you found it upon arrival.
I will be present upon your arrival; if I am unable to be there, someone I have designated will come in my place. You will be given the keys and instructions for your stay in the apartment.
I do not live near the apartment—I live a few kilometers away—but if you need any information or assistance, I will be happy to answer your questions.
The pool is open only during the summer season, from May through September inclusive; it is not heated.

You may not charge electric vehicles in the garage.
