Welcome to the cozy 6 bedroom villa.

The magnificent Villa is built on different levels and consists of four independent bungalows located at different heights in the garden, they are all accessible by stairs from the central car park.



The first bungalow has a master bedroom with a private terrace overlooking the ocean, an outdoor living and dining room, the dining room table can accommodate up to eighteen people. There is also a kitchen, television room, adjoining bathroom with outdoor rain shower.



Rooms 2 and 3 are located in the second bungalow while rooms 4, 5, 6 share the third bungalow with a large common terrace and a second outdoor kitchen. All rooms have an adjoining bathroom and toilet. The fourth bungalow located on the heated overflow pool and spacious deck level includes the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as the air-conditioned indoor television room and the outdoor living room under the pool gazebo.



All rooms are equipped with a king size bed, air conditioning, television, IPOD base, mini-bar and safe. Some of the bathrooms have an outdoor shower surrounded by vegetation.

Bungalow 4: Fully equipped open professional kitchen with a large countertop / polished concrete table for ten people, ceiling fan, electric oven, gas stove, double refrigerator / freezer, ice machine, microwave, electric kettle, wine cellar, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, mixer, sink waste grinder, kitchen knife.
